Never had any dramas with this company, can sometimes be slow on delivery but just be patient.

Placed order, paid for as requested by email. No tracking number supplied message them requesting one, got told to wait as they checked the number still nothing. Have ordered in the past with no issues appears now it's a scam.
Update 13/02/23. I finally received tracking number and the product did arrive and am more then happy with the product. The communication was a bit worrying but did arrive so I am happy with that.

No tracking number received for my other and it’s been almost 12 days since I purchased it. Rang number twice and rings out. No replies to emails asking about updates and nothing is provided about shipping. Worried I’ve been scammed and wouldn’t risk buying anything from these guys. Who knows if I’ll ever get my products but right now it’s not looking promising. Claim to have ‘24/7’ support which is suspicious in itself. I wish I’d done my research more before wasting my money :(

- UPDATE: Got a call after writing this review; it seems to be a real company and they state my card was declined. Upon checking my bank statement, it looks like a transaction never actually occurred. Maybe legit, but not professional or run enough run for me to risk a second attempt at the purchase.

Fast efficient service. The few times I have spoken to this company they have been friendly and polite. It’s a double thumbs up for sure.

ordered on 8th Dec, did not receive tracking number. 24th Jan....still have not received products. No reply to the emails I sent and phone rings out. No voice mail.

They have always shipped and sent my order promptly and let me know of similar products to compare prices easy to use service

Paid for an order never replied to emails or answered phone calls to me, recieved my order. Communication wasn’t great however my order arrived!!!

DO NOT order from these guys. Either their 5 star reviews are fake, paid for, or perhaps they just ship out SOME of their order. Don't risk it - go for someone else.

I placed an order on the 7th of November for $150.
I only received an order number and I never got any shipping info (was meant to be express).
I have contacted them twice since then, both times I have not got any response/update.

Don't risk it, order from elsewhere even if it will take longer. Heck, if I ordered from overseas I would have got it by now instead of losing my money.

I was concerned by a few negative reviews but fear not, these guys are the real deal, they're not scammers! I did wait almost 4 weeks for my medication (despite saying free express post...although it was Christmas time, so postage is often slower, so maybe not their fault!) but I got them in the end and the price was decent and the meds good quality, so it's all good. Cheers!

It's been more than 3 months since my order was paid for and still no product.
Sent an email and they said they would resend and provide me with a tracking number ...Nothing
emailed again and no reply

Order processed, payment gone through. Estimated delivery time elapsed weeks ago. Contacted them by email, still no reply.
Disappointed :(

I have ordered From this company quite a few times with the minimum of fuss and bother. I have had no problems with them and their shipments are always timely, product is top-quality and their customer service is excellent. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

update 21st Oct 22 - they replied to this review but have yet to reply to my email.... I screen shot the email for everyone to see my actual purchase but for some reason can not upload it ... so if you want to see email let me know how to post it ..absolute SCAM why would I waste my time! other than to warn others

This is out of the ordinary for me to write a review, because I never do this, but honestly amazing service! Great communication, and the products are true to there word! Only took 3 weeks to get to Australia and I had a tracking number to keep track the whole time! Cheers guys, keep up the good work, you guys will be my only supplier from

Definitely a scam. Never got my products. No one is replying to my messages/emails. They have read my WhatsApp messages, but did not reply. Do not purchase through them or provide any personal details

Edit to their reply: they never gave me any information to make payment to. I tried to reach out multiple times to pay, but they never responded.

I recieved goods without any issues. Ordering was easy and delivery was on time

I ordered 3 months ago, and I have not received any product, but more importantly I have not received a response to the several enquiry emails that I have sent... strange that trustpilot is showing SOME positive reviews here. I'll give the company the benefit of the doubt and give them time to respond, otherwise I will make it my lifes mission to post this review on every social media platform that they post on, including if they change their name. We'll see what happens.
