Nootraplus 

I have emailed several times asking about my order. No response, their phone number brings out without a reply. Obviously a scam website pretending to be in browns plains Queensland .

Good & reliable service, I have been ordering through Nootraplus for a few years now never really had any issues, at times it takes longer to get order than others but I don’t think that Nootraplus is at fault, it depends on mail service’s & customs . At times communication is a bit slow but at the end of the day I always receive my order, i would recommend Nootraplus to anyone. Thanks team 👍

Order has been sitting in "processing" for two weeks now. I've made several attempts to contact the company and had no response. Really angry and would not reccomend to anyone, clearly a scam and I'm mad I fell for it and they've taken my money and run away with it. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

Thought it could be a scam at first with not many reviews but they are legit!
Fast shipping from overseas and 10/10 communication

My order was processed and still haven't received shipping information. I contacted there "customer service* got no reply. Called there phone, it rang out.
This site is clearly a scam.

Nootraplus's customer service is excellent making it easy to order generic medicines to save money. They communicate efficiently and responsively but best of all they package orders with care and post them quickly for delivery. Delivery times can always vary a little which I understand is outside Nootraplus's control. I highly recommend Nootraplus and will order from them again.

I would like to take back what I said in my review below it was a total miscommunication and I understand Nootraplus is busy, my package arrived quicker than usual and quality was awesome, I’ve also got tracking for my next package which shouldn’t take too long either, there is nothing shifty about this company and I guess it was just my paranoia from being messed around by other vendors, this company is great and I’m going to keep using them and trying different products. Ps. If you could remove my below negative review and disregard it that would be awesome I feel so bad I can’t log into my other account due to 2 step verification not working to delete it myself so I used my other account, sorry again 🤦‍♂️

I received my product ordered so I am happy with service.

After a week of being told my package was shipped, I never got tracking and I complained to my vendor and he said he’d refund my order? Pretty much saying it never got shipped in the first place? I’ve lost $500 and I’m obviously not receiving my order…ended up blocking on WhatsApp. Please don’t use this service.

I never write reviews, however in this case I absolutely have to. You can 100% trust this company, their service is impeccable, the customer contact is fantastic. They answered all my questions and offered tracked delivery without extra cost. Delivery was fast and ahead of schedule. 100% recommend Nootraplus

Only issue is it takes a very long time for orders to arrive to Australia (over a month).
