No as good as every is saying!

I've purchased the comfort strap with battery & the comfort face pad...READ THIS before ordering:

Comfort strap with Battery:

Pros - Balances out the weight so no neck pain, extra battery to extend play.

Cons - Way too much side to side movement, it wobbles like crazy. The basic strap that comes with the Quest 3 is better as the sides are elasticated whereas the sides on this are just plastic.

Comfort Face Pad:

Pro: Vents for heat/moisture to escape

Cons: Doesn't have adjustments to move it in and out like the original does. I can see daylight through each side (this isn't via the vents).

The idea is there, but they haven't yet cracked it.

Took over a month

Took over a month, prescription lenses never showed up. They won't issue a refund and that's been over a month now right

Great product, better than expected

I purchased the Comfort Strap with Battery Pack as was sick of charging my 3s all of the time.
I was not expecting this to be a great product as the price had dropped so much. How wrong was I.

Before I even received the delivery I was emailed an instructional video on how to fit the item correctly which was very useful.
Product itself is amazing, easy to fit and the I can not say how much better my be experience has become. The extended battery life is spot on and the comfort strap is a game changer. No more feeling of having my head squeezed.

Everything I've ordered from this…

Everything I've ordered from this company has always arrived promptly. Not had a problem with any of the products. I've had a quest 2 battery pack also a quest 3 battery pack which is now my only quest owned.
Great service great products at a good price.

Very Disappointed

Item did not work after 30 minutes! I have email 3 time to company regarding this and have had no response from them. It’s not a good experience as states on website, money back guarantee!!

Absolutely appalling customer service

Hi there,

I’m writing to express my extreme disappointment with the appalling customer service I received from Nordquest. I ordered a Nordquest head and battery strap for my son as a Christmas gift. I expected a relatively quick delivery, considering we were planning to move house soon. However, as the move approached, I became increasingly concerned that the delivery might not arrive in time.

When I reached out to Nordquest customer service, I was met with a dismissive attitude. They advised me to contact their courier directly if I had any concerns. Despite sending multiple emails explaining our move-out date, they consistently refused to take responsibility for the delay.

Finally, the delivery was made the day after we moved out, but unfortunately, there was no one at the address to receive it. Even after numerous communications, they continued to ignore my move-out date.

To make matters worse, despite paying extra for shipping protection, the item was simply left on the doorstep of a vacant property.

Now, Nordquest is claiming that it’s not their fault. This is utterly unacceptable and reflects a complete lack of responsibility on their part to the customer. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Nordquest to reconsider due to the appalling customer service and their unwillingness to accept accountability.

DO NOT BUY go to Amazon instead!

I ordered my children some VR accessories from here, the order took 3 weeks to come and when it arrived 4 days before Christmas part of the order was missing. I took a picture and emailed the customer service to question if
I had been send the wrong thing, they emailed me back to say I had take a picture of the whole order and the boxes as they believed it was in another box. I had already wrapped my children’s presents for Christmas but I still
Unwrapped the other presents and took a picture of the order and opened all the boxes to show the additional item was missing.

I emailed the picture of the boxes and the items and they asked me for another picture of the empty box I explained I had already sent the picture. By this time Christmas Day had been and gone and I had wrapped the other gifts that I had actually received and given them to my children whilst explaining to my son there was an item missing.

The customer service team then emailed me and said I need to email them with a video of the whole order. I received the order on the 21st December, I reached out to them the same day, I did everything they asked to prove that the item was missing, I even unwrapped the other items for them to know that I would then re wrap the other presents and gift them on Christmas Day considering this is what I purchased it for and them to come back and now ask for a video. I have not sent the video as the items I had I have given to my children for Christmas Day as planned. Had they asked me for a video when I first raised the issue on the 21st December I would have sent it but instead they have changed their minds about what they wanted every step of the way.

I do not have the missing item and I am now £40 down, I will not buy from them again, their customer service was disgusting.

The items are fine but if you have an issue, you will be out of pocket, you are much better ordering from Amazon where the customer service is fantastic!

5-Star Reviews Are Just WRONG

All the 5 star reviews are people who did no research, put the headset on once and wrote a review. This headset is cheap, the customer service is terrible, it comes from China, and NONE of their products last longer than a year. Stop supporting blatant scammers bc y'all are too lazy to do an extra google search. Stop buying this stuff off insta and Facebook, you guys are just supporting cheap and bad products.

BOYCOTT NORDQUEST VR

Read everything on the website before buying. If you’re not in the US. You’re going to get burned.

This company operates from Quebec in Canada and ships from CHINA. It states on their website that if any customs charges are imposed on delivery you need to pay and won’t be refunded.

Delivery is ultra slow, 2 weeks to UK. Again, all info on this on the website.

Worst part, if you’re unhappy, you need to ship back to Quebec in Canada at your cost and again pay fees for postage to US.

This company is a joke. BOYCOTT THEM AT ALL COSTS UNTIL THEY SORT IT OUT.

I’ve been burned, ordered multiple items nearly 2 weeks ago and it’s still China. Was meant to be a Christmas present.

Oh, and customer service only responds to issues once or twice a day.

Will never deal with these people again.

For the price that we paid I’m actually quite shocked it shipped directly from China. Nothing is branded. Nothing comes in a box so it’s been impossible to wrap things up for the children for Christmas. It’s a complete sham. I’ve actually found all of the stuff on AliExpress at ridiculous prices. If it wasn’t so close to Christmas I would get a returns and order the same thing t for £5 instead of £45

I hope someone sees this review, these guys are a fake brand and they are second hand selling things made in Chinese factories , ruthless

A dishonest company that didn't comply with its own policies

I purchased a NordQuest VR headset online. At the time of purchase, their policy clearly stated that returns weren’t required for a refund, no questions asked, "risk-free, no-hassle." Unhappy with the product, I immediately contacted support to request a refund. They insisted that return the device. I said that's fine, I don't mind returning it. But support claimed I needed to pay out of pocket to ship it to Canada. (They later changed their return policy, but the Internet Archive confirms the original terms.)

Support was extremely unhelpful. We went back and forth for months. During that time I attempted to dispute the transaction with my credit card company, but NordQuest told them I'd refused to return the unit.

When I called NordQuest out on this, the support team said "it looks like your credit card company denied your dispute." They refused to issue a refund. I was completely powerless.

Even though I offered to return the device, they continuously delayed responding and refused a refund. Their site promised a “risk-free, no-hassle” return process, but my experience was the opposite—months of back-and-forth with no resolution. Their customer service was downright snotty to me. This company doesn’t honor its policies or provide reliable customer service. I will never do business with them again.
