Good follow up to finally solve the issue.
The renewal proposal was not working with the link.
Hence they sent a new link, but the promo code was not working.
Finally after few attempts et 24 hours later everything has been solved.

I've had NordVPN for about 10 years
I've had NordVPN for about 10 years. I've been so impressed how I can quickly and easily go to other countries and experience that country. I've contacted the customer service twice and each time it was great. It is a safe vpn and the protection is also great. I won't be changing from NordVPN!!

Lost access to my VPN.
I was unable to log in after my laptop up-dated. The website walked me through what to do to fix the problem. I provided the needed information and my account was reset the next day. Simple and efficient.

Completely a fraud
Completely a fraud. Received the offer for TopCashback rebate and purchased in February, submitted all necessary info and received the decision of the claim being rejected. Only mentioned the offer violates their T&C but never points out which part of it does so. Paid a sum for a useless service and always disconnected for no reason. Highly not recommended and definitely not gonna renew anymore.

Beware of Bait and switch auto renewal with this company
Long time customer of Nord. Signrd up for auto renewal of my basic service. Just got a bill for 179.00 US for a year of service. Somehow they decided on their own to jack up my account to some premium service I did not want or need. For all my other auto renewals I get notified of pending renewal Before my card gets charged. Not so in this case. Customer service is totally a joke with this company. Cannot call and talk to anyone and the Chat bot told me that I couldn't change my service until the service that they renewed expires in a year.
7/26/26 update. Nord reached out and refunded me the money they charged my card. Don’t think I would have heard anything except for this review. Thank you Trustpilot and thanks Nord for making things right.

My Nord VPN app had always logged me in automatically, no typing required. Out of the blue, it started asking me to log in, but would not accept my password. The 'reset password' email did not arrive so I found an email they had recently sent me and sent an email to the address shown on that message. The support team responded to my concern within 24 hours and offered simple but effective advice (such as white listing their email address) which worked a treat! Thanks a lot for your speedy resolution.
