Don't fall for this!!

They buy items off alibaba.com and sell them for often more then 10 times the price!

And you will find the exact same item (and i mean the EXACT same, with all minor imperfections on the item perfectly lining up)

Sad to see this but this seems to be a common practice on most websites who claim to sell "viking jewelry"

Bought a handcrafted ring because the I've read that the business supports Ukraine. The ring is excellent quality, great attention to detail, I am very happy with this purchase. The ring came with a little message on the box that said "Thank you for supporting Ukrainian businesses".

Overall very happy with my experience purchasing from Norsegarde.

Ordered bracelet and arrived within two weeks. Most disappointed total rubbish, thought I was ordering a genuine norse jewelry from Norway. Made in China its cheap and looks cheap.

I was originally dubious. I live in the southern hemisphere and am aware of fake sites. I bought a bracelet and two rings. when the bracelet arrived and it had a hong kong address I was a tad upset and raised it with customer service and at first this didnt really ease my concern. But what followed changed my mind. I was told they have storage warehouses across the globe. I only ever dealt with one guy called Dillon in customer service and he solved things in the end. The rings are tricky due to sizing and different measuring scenarios in different places in the world but i also have fat fingers LOL. For the intial delivery the bracelet and rings came in three diff bags at diff times and this was a concern cause i thought they had stuffed up my order but all arrived. The rings were too big so i went to a local jewewller and they said i was another size so i had to pay to send the rings back and then the replacement size was too small but this was not the companies fault. They remedied all and at the end of the day i was a happy camper. Site is legit - prices are great. Note: My purchases were not sterling silver. I would happily purchase again with such a great customer service support

Don't be fooled! You think you order an Scandinavian artefact. But these things are made in china. The poor work conditions in china are well known. And even they did not ship my package they told me it's to late to cancel it. The shipping is taking also really long. Don't buy here. It has nothing to do with old Norse...

I was not happy with my item and was very difficult to return so I contacted them and they did give me a voucher for the cost of the item and was able to order a second item. Hopefully 2nd item will be better.

My husband bought me a beautiful silver raven pendant which has a blue gemstone in it .Please can Norsegarde tell me what gemstone it actually is as I'm interested in gemology and would love to know ? Thsnkyou

Ordered items come straight from China. (I saw the sender's adress on the envelope.)

I've made a couple of purchases from Norsegarde as gifts for my boyfriend, which he wears daily, and they still look great a year later. The items here are high quality, well-priced, and look exactly as pictured. I had to exchange the ring size in one of my orders, and it was sorted easily with no fuss. No complaints at all, am making another order now!

They take forever to ship out, never before you have to email them first asking where the shipment is. Most of the time they do not respond to the email either. The pieces themselves are only good 50% of the time, otherwise you’re paying $160+ for something that looks $20 and breaks in a week of wearing it.

Excellent, flawless Customer service, so kind and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. I messed up and asked for the wrong ring size, so returned wrong one, which never arrived in the post but Norsegarde still made another one and sent it out, no problem. I would highly recommend! The ring is stunning and I am so happy with the care I received throughout.

I bought a bracelet for my boyfriend from Norsegarde. After seeing some of the reviews, I got a bit worried. But everything arrived on time and customer service was very responsive. The packing was also nice and secure. My boyfriend loved his gift. Will definitely repurchase from them again!

If I could give Zero I would. Do not buy anything from this so called company. The verifications are false! Take it from me they are. My husband ordered a bracelet, it arrived via a place in UK. But it originated from China! It arrived in UK and in staffs was put in a nors bag but the china packaging was still there. My husband paid this vile company £41 for this bracelet. But it is available for £2.75 on a well known Chinese app.
I have reported this so called Canadian company to the UK authorities. Let's see!

Presentation for jewellery at this cost is pathetic certainly makes me question the indegrity of the jewellery itself (packaged like it’s from a cheap market stall, no company name or markings of any kind , is it actually hand made/925 silver ?

Somewhat underwhelmed
I ordered 2 bracelets for my husband's birthday in February. I ordered early as delivery could be up to 30 days so wanted to get in quick following Christmas. I have measured my husbands wrist and so hope that the size fits. My main disappointment is that they have turned up in a very flimsy, half battered cardboard box and not the stunning gift box shown. This is extremely misleading in it's portrayal and there was not even the opportunity to select this type of gift box at point of sale. I was also hoping that the story behind the jewelry would have been included also. Missing a huge trick here Norsegarde. The bracelets themselves are interesting and not run of the mill high street design which is why I went for them so as mentioned, fingers crossed it fits
