Would give ZERO stars if i could. Bunch of scammers. Bought a jacket and didn’t like it so sent it back.

No update whatsoever, tracking said it reached location. Contacted their email and said I should wait 5-10 days for my refund. Then when it reach 11 days, i re-contacted. Then they said i should wait 10-15 days for refund 😂. Once that time limit reached, sent another email and been ignored for over 2 months now on email and instagram.

Bunch of tarts they are.

Absoutley shocking experience! No clarity on returns, apparently they do not accept returns sent by evri as it does not deliver to their po box but LETS NOT TELL THE CUSTOMER and ROB them off their hard earned money. Terrible communicatiom, waited over 2 months for a delivery, emailed after waiting patiently to advise of a change of address ONLY to return ZERO communication and dispatch to the old address. Please save yourself from this scamming company! I will be taking this to small claims and trading standards.

Amazing! 10/10 literally no fuss at all. I spent around £750 in one purchase and was shipped off the next day. I don’t understand what these 1 star reviews are about as every time I’ve ordered from no sauce the plug im never disappointed. Will definitely be buying a couple more times before they shut down for good. Thanks again!

Ignored my emails.
Didn't ship when they said they would.
Then shipped the item when I asked them numerous times not to ship.
What a sham of a company.
I will never purchase from these again.

I ordered some clothing from Nosaucetheplug for my partner. Not long after placing my order, I came across a lot of negative reviews about dispatch times which honestly made me worry.

There was a slight delay of a few days before my order was sent out, but it arrived safely and in perfect condition. The quality of the items was excellent and exactly what I was hoping for.

After seeing so much negativity online, I felt it was only right to leave a positive review from a genuinely happy customer. I’m really glad I went ahead with my order and I’ll definitely be using Nosaucetheplug again — they’ve gained a customer for life from me.

My only small piece of feedback would be around communication. Letting customers know an estimated dispatch/delivery timeframe after ordering would remove a lot of unnecessary stress. Other than that, I couldn’t fault my experience.

Awful company. Customer service is dreadful as well - Would not recommend. No emails being replied to. No shipping emails or anything. Not sure what they would expect around Christmas time but they should be more prepared. Never ordering from them again

Do not purchase from this company! Complete scam! Ordered weeks ago and no order has came. Very disappointed boy at Christmas and still no response from my emails. Awful customer service (well just nonexistent)! They need shutting down as this has clearly happened to many other people.

It was a Xmas present and your terms are maximum delivery 10 days it is now 16 days and no one has contacted me or had the good manners to reply to my emails or phone calls

Spent over £200 back on the 29/11, in plenty of time for Xmas. Nothing has arrived, so no Xmas present for my son. Shameful. Scam site beware.

I paid £5 for a hat, was charged £10 delivery. Then I had to pay €10.50 on customs and admin to DPD. When I asked Nosaucetheplug what informatin did they put on the package because I should not have been charged customs on £5, they did not reply to me.

Absolutely dreadful, I ordered a tracksuit for my son for Christmas on 4th December which still hasn’t arrived. Emailed no reply, no contact number, nothing. If it doesn’t arrive on time they will expect you to pay for your own returns! Disgusting

I ordered from No Sauce very poor customer service I had to email many times to chase the order shipment then I am now chasing the refund, very very poor customer service poor comms DO NOT BUY this company will stress you out!

Orders on the 1st December and still no delivery! No response from them and no help at all!! Do not order from them!!

This site is absolutely appalling ordered a pair of nike airforce trainers as a Christmas present for my grandson on 27.11.25 still haven’t arrived no response from company after several e mails to them asking if they’ve been dispatched do not order from them you will be disappointed i have now reported them to my bank and have raised a dispute
