We had our boiler serviced. And there was a problem. But once again, the team at heat tech was very professional and gave us a first class service. Kept us updated with what was happening. Very very happy. Keep up the good work

"Collusion between Nothing, OnePlus, and Raya to erase consumer rights. Investigation into systemic corruption, hidden agendas, and official denial of warranty."

Global Fraud & Consumer Rights Violation: Nothing, OnePlus, and Raya Egypt
The Review Text:
Nothing, OnePlus, and the local agent Raya (Egypt) have united against a customer simply seeking his rights for a defective product. I have exposed systemic corruption, hidden manipulations, and a total denial of the product's existence by the local agent.
Throughout this ordeal, I have faced deceptive customer service, cyber-attacks, device destruction via malware, account shutdowns, and even legal threats. This is the risk every customer takes when dealing with these brands. My only path to justice is through the official regulatory bodies.

Returned a jumper and they refused to process the refund

Bought a pair of their headphones through Amazon. They were good for an entry level pair and were on sale when I bought them. Had a look at the company’s website and saw they sell clothing as well as electronics. Ordered one of their jumpers. When I received it the fit of it was off so sent it back to the return address along with a covering letter. Couple of weeks go past and no refund so I call and email. Nothing customer support were evasive and this is going on for weeks. Eventually contact my bank who say they will open a chargeback dispute. Five or six weeks go past and then I get an update that the chargeback case has been closed. When I ask my bank why they say Nothing customer support say i didn’t use the return form though there was no return form and just a return address on the parcel I received. Also my bank said because I sent it back untracked that Nothing were able to dispute the chargeback case even though my bank knew all of this prior to stating the chargeback. Seems like Nothing simply refused to process the refund once they realise I’d sent it back untracked and put a return address on their parcels so that customers send parcels back to an address that Nothing can then dispute. Really scummy company that should be avoided.

Ghosted by "support"

Purchased a Nothing 2 phone in December 2024. By September 2025, the buttons were no longer working, so we returned it to the retailer, who despite many escalations refused to touch it. Eventually returned it to Nothing in October. It took a couple of weeks for them to contact us to tell us that it could be repaired. My husband responded to them asking what the repairs were. No response. He has chased many times, no response. The phone has now been out of action for five months, and with Nothing for three. The last contact we had from them was November 28th. They are completely ignoring us, and are essentially holding our phone hostage!

Bought the CMF pro headphones and the…

Bought the CMF pro headphones and the Nothing 3a Pro phone. First dabble into company. Was testing before investing in the more expensive items in their range. Currently happy with phone, but headphones have constant hiss when on ANC mode.

Contacted the customer support team - what a bind for something that is a known issue and doesn't appear to have a software fix....you must have the serial number from the box...you must video yourself packaging the item...give me strength. The return is at your cost!

This is a big red flag for the products in my opinion. I wont be buying more.

Great sound, cool design, but disappointing battery longevity

I really enjoyed using the Nothing Ear (2024) at first. The design and sound quality are genuinely great. Unfortunately, after a little over a year, the battery life has degraded noticeably. With ANC enabled, I now get roughly half (around 3 hours) of the advertised runtime (5 hours), even at low volume levels. This makes the earbuds unsuitable for longer workouts and activities such as hikes or trail runs.

I followed all recommended troubleshooting steps (latest firmware, multiple factory resets), but the issue persisted. Customer service was responsive and friendly. A repair was suggested, but the total cost would only be determined after shipping (€24.60) plus a service fee (€26.70). For a €120 product, this does not feel reasonable and also raises sustainability concerns. For comparison, Apple charges a flat €50 for a battery replacement for AirPods (earphones).

In the end, I opted for a partial refund through Amazon, which was handled smoothly.

What makes this especially disappointing is the real-world comparison: I still regularly use my original AirPods Pro (1st generation) from 2019. Despite having a lower advertised battery runtime, they now last longer on their original batteries than the Nothing Ear (2024).

Overall, a strong concept with pristine sound and great initial performance, but battery longevity has been underwhelming so far. While I can’t yet fully judge long-term durability, the battery aging feels faster than expected.

Warranty support only offered after I gave up – unacceptable experience

I am extremely disappointed with Nothing’s customer support.
My issue was a simple battery problem. The device itself is in perfect, like-new condition — no scratches, no marks, no wear of any kind. It looks exactly as if it just came out of the box, because I take exceptional care of my devices.
Despite this, instead of proper warranty handling, I was repeatedly told to lower screen brightness, change usage habits, or buy a power bank. These are excuses, not solutions.
I even suggested reasonable alternatives myself, including paying extra to upgrade to a newer or better device or any fair compromise. Every proposal was rejected. There was no willingness to help or take responsibility.
After many emails, long delays, and a significant waste of time, nothing was resolved. Only after I clearly stated that I was done with the process and would never purchase another Nothing product did they suddenly approve an in-warranty battery replacement.
The timing speaks for itself.
What should have been a straightforward request turned into an exhausting and frustrating experience. I have completely lost trust in the brand.

Disappointed

I just got the CMF 2 Pro and was disappointed to notice it has bloatware app called AURA that would force you to instal some useless sh** apps. I really thought Nothing tech would have been the go to phone firm for me but this might be the last phone from them.

Nothing phone 3' Nothing is what you get

We ordered the Nothing phone 3' it arrived in a box that was crushed & heavily damaged, we reported this to Nothing they were not interested.

After 3 months of use it developed a loud rattle, we reported this to Nothing, it took a month of following them up, to be given the feedback that it is normal for their phones to rattle & they had no interest in our issue.

This is not a cheap phone but it's build quality is cheap the delivery & customer service or lack of are appalling.

We would not recommend this company in any way.

UNBEATABLE TECHNICAL SUPPORT

A year and a half ago I was given a pair of Nothing Ear (a) wireless earbuds, which had worked perfectly until recently, when one of them started draining too quickly. I contacted Nothing’s technical support, and I think it’s only fair to acknowledge that they solved the problem in the shortest possible time, picking up and returning my earbuds free of charge.
I would like to highlight the excellent assistance I received from Hossam S. Darwish, who was the person in contact with me throughout the process.

Terrible Quality and Even Worse Customer Service

These earbuds are a complete disappointment. They broke in under a month, and I’ve been stuck chasing Nothing.tech for a replacement for 58 days with nothing to show for it.

One earbud randomly stopped working, absolutely not my fault, and even after providing full proof of purchase, I was forced to send them in for inspection. The company admitted the failure wasn’t caused by me and approved a replacement, yet nearly two months later, they still haven’t delivered it.

I bought these earbuds because of the hype and to move away from Apple, and I honestly regret it. The product failed almost immediately, and the company’s customer service has been shockingly slow and unprofessional. It feels like they are ignoring basic consumer rights, and I strongly warn anyone considering these earbuds to stay away.

Nothing turns into an AI surveillance company

I updated to os 4 and now I am forced to accept an AI terms of service in order to do something as basic as search for an app in my phone. I will never consent to giving you this much control over my life, I hope you go out of business swiftly.

I feel extremely unsafe and will never buy a nothing phone again.
