Great Company

Great Company . The Reception staff are friendly and helpful , the waiting room is clean and welcoming.
There's a customer toilet and a water cooler .
My car was taken in and tested on time . No spurious 'advisories' ,just a genuine MOT test .
I won't use anyone else in the future .
5 Stars from me .

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly and the quality of service exceeded my expectations. Quality service

This company has no vested interest in repairs and so the MOT is completely unbiased. They are not looking for extra work. Staff are polite, cheerful, and helpful. Bookings are taken online or on the phone and an SMS reminder is sent both before the MOT and on the anniversary.

If you live in Ashford or the surrounding areas, don't go anywhere else for your MOT

Nothing but MOTs are just superb. Great easy online booking portal, great telephone customer service too (had to change my MOT apt, done within minutes on the phone with no fuss). They do weekends too, very convenient. My appointment time was kept to the very minute on Saturday morning. Very busy guys and girls too, you can see they offer a brilliant and popular service with no upselling on this and that under the guise of numerous and unnecessary advisories. Just a non bias strictly pass or fail service....Mine passed by the way! Will never use anyone else for future MOTS on my or my good ladys car

Great service and friendly team

I really appreciate that I can get a MOT without being told I have to have something done for it to pass. Brakes, tyres, exhaust which really should just be advisories. I no longer felt I could trust going to many local car service places. Nothing but MOTs are just that. They have no reason to do any of the above and they are efficient and helpful. Staff are friendly, chairs not so comfortable but it's warm and there's a coffee machine. I would recommend them.
