Easy to book, but ditch the tip.

Easy to book. Always pleasant and helpful. Efficient and competent. Great to know they are unbiased.
I don’t like, however, paying by card and being given a load of tip choices. I paid £54 because I wanted an unbiased mot. I don’t want to be hassled for a tip. I say ditch the tip.

Having booked earlier in the morning…

Having booked earlier in the morning for a 1:00pm slot I arrived five minutes early. I checked in and handed over my keys and the receptionist said “it will be done by 1:30”. I sat in the reception area doing a crossword and at 1:34 the receptionist said it was all done and the car had passed. Excellent service, a minimum of wasted time. Well done !

Have always used these guys very professional always polite and booking online is straightforward. Also the gentle reminder you receive prior to your appointment is a nice touch. Keep up the great work

Online Booking

Booked online this time, no problems in booking the available slot, third time of using them originally recommended by a friend. You pay a fair price they test it and give comments when needed which is what I like.
Will be using again in December for my van.

This place runs like a “well oiled…

This place runs like a “well oiled machine”. It’s smooth and faultless. The customer service is really friendly and welcoming. It really is a breath of fresh air when it comes to getting your car MOT’d. I’d only booked in that day because “HALFORDS” called me hours before my MOT to inform me they couldn’t MOT my Tesla! Which left me up **** street. Not the first time Halfords had done that to me, but it is the last! This place is amazing. Professionally run. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and we’ll only use them in the future for our 3 cars. ASHFORD BRANCH.
