The first time we have used them; took our Fiat Ducato Motorhome there. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything ran to time and we even finished early. Excellent company and will be using again for our car.

I take every vehicle I have here because I know that, unlike your average garage, they have a genuine interest in passing you. Other garages might not mind failing you so they can carry out repairs that they claim are 'needed.' That said, they are very thorough and have failed my MOTs for honest reasons. They have also passed vehicles within 20 minutes. I will never go anywhere else for an MOT again.

Fabulous customer service as usual, family run and a tv, toys and coffee maker in reception. Receptionist welcoming and very efficient. Last October, I decided to try the Ashford branch, attracted by the 'no pass no fee' given the age of the car.

I normally use the other established small 'independent' mot test centre in Ashford. (I later learned they had been taken over by the garage next door)

Booking was easy online. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Waiting room is clean and there is even a TV (It was showing old episodes of Friends). Test started and completed on time. Passed with one advisory.

Booked my 2 vehicles in on 2 separate Saturdays a week apart. Done online, hassle free. Arrived early on both appointments, was taken in straight away and out and on my way in 40 mins. First class operation all round. Highly recommended.

My usual garage had stopped doing MOTs so I looked around and had read good reviews about the Ashford branch.
Booked online, and then needed to change the appointment, which was all really easy.
My vehicle was returned 40 minutes after the booked slot, complete with certificate. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and I had a warm place to sit and wait for the MOT to be carried out.
