I came across this on an Instagram ad

I came across this on an Instagram ad. I swiped up and read all the testimonials. I did my first switch for gas and electricity and it was easier than any switch I’ve done before…I literally did nothing, it was all taken care of and all I had to do was give the go ahead. I’m on to my next switch which will be my broadband service so hopefully more savings to come. If you’re in doubt about this….dont be

Couldn’t recommend this company more…

Couldn’t recommend this company more (and I have done to all my friends)… they make everything so easy. With just one message to Nous via WhatsApp, they had my broadband switched over in no time and did all the organising for me, saving me almost £30 on my broadband. They have done the same with my gas/electric. Super helpful and excellent customer service. Thanks for making things a little easier!

First saving they made for Gas/Electric resulted in me paying @£30 more a month but over the year cheaper!! So a little disappointed after everyone’s positive feedback.

Nous is an excellent service: easy to use with big rewards. It has saved me a huge amount of money already. Customer service is fast and efficient with a real person getting back to any queries quickly.

Hmmm Nous..

Hmmm Nous... so they have been helpful in securing deals and they have set it all up for me which was helpful... unfortunately they set up payments from the wrong bank account, having never asked what bank account I wanted my bills paid out of, causing me a major headache I've still not had time to fix. Sometimes it is hard to keep track of what they are doing and changing if I dont have time to check in. Overall, apart from the bank account screw up, I'd say it was a good service. They just need to get more input and consent from the user in order to function well

Nous sits in the background and quietly…

Nous sits in the background and quietly deals with those recurring perplexing tariff renewals that keep re-occurring. It saves a quite a bit of stress, time and money. I would recommend to anyone who is fed up with this cycle of tariff renewals.

Awful- do not use

Awful- do not use. They offered £5 for signing up. The sign up process if long and invasive including access to your email and bank account details. I completed the sign up and didn't receive the £5. I messaged them and they said the offer was withdrawn- although I can see other people received the £5 in the last 24 hours so that seems like it isn't true. I asked to make a formal complaint and thought it would actually be investigated but just received a message back saying too bad and the complaint was closed. No investigation at all.

To clarify what happened, your first message to us was that you had signed up in the hope of being paid a £5 cash bonus, which you had not received. This was due to the fact that you were not eligible for the reward due to not meeting the required criteria. In addition, we reserve the right to withdraw the promotion after identifying misuse of the offer.

Our team explained that the promotion was not available. You then raised a formal complaint, which was reviewed in line with our complaints process, including escalation to our Head of Operations. The complaint was not upheld.
