Was with wind for years. Since they became Nova some of their policies have been disgusting. Forgot to select a package one day after topping up my phone. Made an 8 minute call and they charged me 10 euros. When I contacted them about it they refused to give me the package I take every month, because I was a few cents short.

I bought a no contract SIM. When I wanted it installed as eSIM, I was told the product I bought was incompatible and I needed to purchase a new one. They would not accept return of an unopened product with receipt, purchased three days earlier

Absolutelly shocking service
Absolutelly shocking service. I requested to change my address within Athens, I was promised to be done in 3 weeks. Those weeks passed and I tried contacting customer and technical support, and also visited a store, all three told me different answers for the situation. The store assistants promised this will be done on time and it was just a glitch, now I spend 1.5 hours on chat with customer service (very unhelpful) to be told we dont know when the line will be active and no solution is offered. So I am left without internet in my house, working from home, and your customer service does not seem to care. The responses from the chat agent were basic, almost robotic like.
I wanted to cancel my contract since you are unable to honor the deadline, only to be told I also cannot do that. And if I cancel after the line activation I will pay a cancellation fee, but I cannot cancel before it is activated. Please make it make sense.
I also asked if I can be provided with a 5G router while the line gets activated but was told this issue was not serious enough to get this, sorry but what issue do I need to have?
The whole process of changing this line has been so stressful and painful from the start (cannot say finish as we are still going).
Please explain to me how I as a consumer, who has not been able to receive a service, is the one that still has to deal with it all, and you as a service provider cannot take any ownership and resolve this? Absolutely disappointing, worst internet provider there is.
Terrible internet & TV - Terrible Communications
This company has no continuity of information between the telephone customer service and their brand shops. I even got different responses for the same subject from the call centre every time I called!
I was forced to call five times (and be charged for it) in order to be able to end my contract on the advertised time and not a month later as they tried to force me to accept…and at the end they closed my account 4 days earlier.

I filed a formal complaint with EETT (the national telecommunications regulator in Greece) about Nova — Case Management No. 115145 — after repeated issues with their prepaid service.
Even with the regulator involved, Nova didn’t bother to meaningfully engage with me or address the core problems I raised. Every reply was just a scripted response that ignored the evidence I provided.
For context, the issues I faced included:
• hidden deductions after top-ups with no explanation,
• complete lack of transparency about a supposed “10% fee” that isn’t shown anywhere during checkout,
• automatic data charges after my data package ran out, with no way to deactivate mobile data,
• inconsistent and incorrect information from live chat, store staff, and official letters.
EETT is the official regulatory authority that oversees telecom companies like Nova. If you’ve experienced similar issues, I strongly recommend filing your own complaint with EETT (via the EETT online portal) and mentioning Case No. 115145. Establishing a pattern of complaints is the only way regulators can hold companies like Nova accountable for how they treat customers.
It's a simple contract cancellation. It should be at least.

I went to a store to cancel my contract to what I was told someone would call me back to finalize the cancelation.
They keep calling me to finalize the contract cancellation and every time I pick up and request for someone who speaks English they say someone will call me back in said language. Only to call me back in Greek.
I decided t call them back. And after 20 euros spent on calls from abroad, agents not speaking English even tho I selected English support, and being redirected through 5 different agents on my last call (6th call) I finally managed tor reach someone who told me no further action for the cancellation was required after all.
First off: I understand its a Greek company but if agents and support AI on the phone offers me English option, I expect you to follow through.
Secondly: You mean to tell me that from the 10+ agents I spoke and given that some even managed to tell me they could see I had already initiated contract cancellation on a NOVA store, weren't able to tell me I required no further action and kept redirecting me to someone else?
Terrible experience. Also got contradictory information about cancellation fees from different agents from different Nova stores.

Worst internet provider in Greece
Very bad support every time i had an issue with the internet and there was lots of times. Always very late response after hours of trying solving problems by phone and by the chatbot. I would recomend to find another internet provider in Greece.
5g conection is a joke
The 5g conection is a joke 2 months till now i bought 100mbbs and i get 10-20 mbbs . Every time i call they say that the conection is ok and i need to send them my speed test in order to investigate further which again without result.
4 times technician came home to check without result. When after some time i asked them to cancel my subscription they said that i have to pay 120 euros penalty

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Nova in hopes that it may help others make informed decisions.
After my phone was stolen, I contacted Nova to have my new SIM card activated. Unfortunately, the process has been far more difficult than expected. Despite multiple calls over the course of six days, I have yet to be connected. I was told I would receive a verification call, but no clear timeframe was provided, leaving me tethered to my computer for 24 hours, uncertain of when—or if—the call would come.
What has been most disappointing is the lack of responsiveness and empathy from customer service. My repeated requests to be contacted at a reachable number within a reasonable window were not acknowledged, and I felt my concerns were not taken seriously.
I understand that technical and procedural delays can happen, but I believe that timely communication and a more client-centered approach could have made a significant difference. I hope Nova takes this feedback to heart and improves its support systems to better serve customers during stressful situations.

Absolute dogshit internet, payed 18e for unlimited internet for 7 days and its absolute trash. It says 5g but it completely unusable. Dont buy this operator its scam. 5g my ass, 3g in fkn Serbia works better. Once again absolute shit dont buy anything

Cheaters
Cheaters! Bad internet and terrible service. I wanted to cancel my internet connection, which was so poor that I had to purchase an additional one from another company (I work online, so I need good internet). NOVA was never able to fix it properly. Over the last few months, I have been called three times, stating that I do not want to extend. They said I could not cancel till today, August 7, 2025. In the office on Chios Island we were told the subscription has been extended. What a fraud!!!!!

Horrible experience. I needed an eSIM card. I already have a phone number with them, but they told me that if I don’t buy a plan and go through the “SIMVulio” process, they won’t give me an eSIM card!
I went to another company and they gave me an eSIM in 5 minutes — no extra subscription required!

I've been waiting over two weeks for them to fix the internet, and the issue still isn't resolved. The technical team has been disorganized, unresponsive, and unprofessional throughout the process. While the customer service agents on the 13700 line are polite, they haven’t been able to provide any real solutions. Disappointing experience — avoid if possible.
