I am a customer for over 20 years

I am a customer for over 20 years. I have had a mobile phone with a card that I top up every month. The card finished last night and they stole 2 euros from my account and gave me 1 giga bite. I was going to top it up later but they took it upon themselves to use my money how they saw fit. I called to complain and the woman on the phone could not help me. She brushed me off and hung up. I will change companies.

This company is a joke

This company is a joke, ive had a problem with the internet for 9 months, called them numerous times. We found a "solution" by intergrating 5g home internet but that didnt work also. Internet is worse now, its very laggy and disconnects alot. I called them again telling them ive been having this problem alot, after 4 calls they told me that IN MY AREA, 5G IS NOT COMPATABLE AND ITS ONLY 4G SO THE EQUIPMENT IS USELESS...... THEY DIDNT EVEN SAY THEY MADE A MISTAKE THAT THEY RECOMMENDED ME THAT EQUIPMENT THEY ACTED LIKE THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING WRONG AND TOLD ME TO CALL THE OTHER NUMBER (not for technical issues) TO MAKE ANOTHER CONTRACT AND CHANGE IT FROM 5G HOME INTERNET THEY DIDNT EVEN OFFER ANY HELP.... THEY DONT DESERVE ANY MONEY AND IM SWITCHING TO ANOTHER COMPANY

A company who tells you the day you sign, through your contract you will be able to talk to EU and it’s included, and after that they charge you 10€ a month is not to be trusted. They are part of the worst companies. And I will never be a client again.

I was offered EON TV to be added to my phone /internet connection,
TO GOOD TO BE TRUE , an extra 4 euros a month for Nova TV , I agreed unfortunately.
Had the EON BOX 2 days , it doesn’t work well, the control sticks and so does the internet , useless!!
I decided to cancel subscription BUT TOLD I had to pay a fine 80 euros , OR CONTINUE PAYING THE EXTRA TO MY ACCOUNT, WITHOUT USING THE BOX and to RETURN IT AFTER 24 MONTHS.!!
ALTHOUGH I FOUND YOU CAN CANCEL WITHIN 14 days I WAS TOLD IF I HAVE BEEN CONNECTED I CANNOT CANCEL !
BEWARE RUBBISH OFFER BAD RESPONSE FROM NOVA AS A COMPANY
VERY DISHONEST, DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE , having been a customer for many years.

Terrible in every way

Terrible in every way. Especially customer service. I ask the same simple question to 3 different people I get 3 different answers.
Even the same person gives you in the CHAT 5 different versions ...for example
I asked how to cut the service and how long in advance.he said first,a few days to a month prior. To sign a form via gov.gr. then he said a month in advance.

Then he saidi I can just call, and they do it "fast".
Then to go to a shop first and then call .. and he got very aggressive when I pointed out his ridiculous contradiction. I sent him screeshots to read it.. because so rude he was saying all I told you is right go read it
I showed him just 1vminute ago that he had written completely different things. .
Awful .. it is always like that. They lie ENDLESSLY THEY ARE RUTHLESS and SND RUDE.. I am glad I will leave soon this terrible company service

Scam Company

Since yesterday there is no interent in my buisness, they told me today that the problem has been fixed.
I checked and nothing has been fixed! i called them again and they told me that now the problem is outside from my building and someone will fix it in 3 working days!!!!! today is friday and on Monday as well is a celebration day! so they informed me again that propably someone will come on the 12/06!!!!
Totally unprofessionals!!! every day i will file a lawsuit!!!Avoid them!!!

Totally unprofessional.Today is the 3rd weekend that our wifi doesnt work and we call the centre everyday and everytime they say the same things that they will fix it in some days and that they will provide us gb that runs 1mbs with hotpsot that we dont need😂,we need our wifi because we have a lot things to do and the literally they dont care by FAR THE WORST COMPANY IN GREECE SCAMMERS

NOVA - Technical issues for 3 months

A door-to-door salesman gave me an offer for internet and TV from Nova, which seemed good at first, so I switched from Vodafone to Nova.

From the 1st day of my new connection, I had many (over 10) disconnections, lasting from a few minutes to over an hour.
After almost daily talks with their technical support team, it was concluded that "there was an issue in my area". However, my neighbours on other providers didn't face any issues.
All of the support team members I have contacted seem to be "new" and are not helpful at all, they just keep saying, "I will forward your issue to the respective department."...
Almost 3 months later, and I just get "ping-ponged" from one department to the other without any actual resolution of my issue.

I do not even have a clear answer as to whether I can cancel my contract with them without any "penalties".

I am paying for something that hasn't worked as advertised for one day.

My experience with them is absolutely terrible.

Would not recommend under any circumstances!
Nova feels more like a scam rather than an actual working service.

No support

Had nova for few years.last week reported a problem no signal no tv .it was confirmed they would arrange a technician to come out to my house.its been 4 days now.i have called them every day saying no technician has called to arrange to come out.they keep saying they will inform the technician to call.NOthing.useless company. Paying 80 euros every month for what?
OK update today is Monday and still no call.have called them today pressed 2 for English but it continues in greek.i get through to a lady who then hangs up on me.great customer support. Watch this space!
OK may 13th calling twice a day being promised a technician would come today at 10 no show.called back 3 times and each time being told a different story.for a communication company its a joke.so now 6 days no TV no signal
OK today is 14th May.and still no call from a technician called 3 times today and the same info told a technician will call.again useless company

Extremely disappointing experience with Nova

After months of using a personalised data offer , it was suddenly deactivated without warning or explanation. I reached out to customer service multiple times, through chat and messenger, only to receive robotic, copy-paste responses. Not only were they dismissive and unhelpful, but one of the agents also had the audacity to close the chat without even asking if I needed further assistance.

They kept repeating the same scripted line about "personalised offers being generated automatically" — which, frankly, sounds like a cheap excuse to avoid accountability. There was zero interest in resolving my issue or even acknowledging it. It felt like talking to a wall.

If this is how Nova treats loyal customers, then it's not a company worth staying with. No transparency, no effort, no respect. I’ll be taking my number elsewhere and encouraging others to do the same.

Completely useless clerks and tottaly…

Completely useless clerks and tottaly unorganized company. You pay for internet, you just get it for 3-4 months and then everything collapses. Router, sim card for mobile internet, you name it. Waiting for my contract to end and they need to see my middle finger. Stay away, never again!

Worst stability in the entirety of Greece

I cannot go one day without my internet becoming very unstable for at least 2 hours, making any online experience I use become very hard to use. The bufferbloat is insufferable, making the entire experience even worse. Even if I call them, all they'll tell me to do is restart the router, which fixes nothing! When the contract with this terrible company ends, I am not renewing it, and going to other companies, which offer much better stability. Never give them a chance, ever! Their customer service is bad, and their internet is even worse!
