Really really bad

Just as like all ISPs in Greece forming a cartel, the service is horrendously low. For me, it undermines my trustworthiness to my employers since internet access is disrupted every 5-10 minutes for both the devices that are connected to the router. Support is practically non-existent.

Pathetic customer service

Hello, I contacted your customer support to ask for some information and the agent disconnected me in the middle of the chat twice. This isn't professional at all and it is literally the worst customer service experience that I had during my life. I was recommending Nova to all my friends but an agent who isn't respectful that isn't reassuring. The only thing to do was to answer a simple question nothing more. I don't know why you hire employees who don't do the bare minimum. With this it makes me wanna stop any collaboration with Nova. I got the screenshots and everything. The only thing asked was to get a proper answer as a human being nothing more.

I had an internet disruption

I had an internet disruption. Upon placing a call they responded immediately, a technician made a visit within 2 days and problem was resolved thereafter. With 10 years of subscription my line has had hardly any downtime except for some technical failures caused by ote.

Pathetic service and false promises

Pathetic service and false promises. Nova guaranteed fibre speed lines when convincing me to contract with them. Then absolutely failed to deliver the speeds promsied. Not interested in solving the matter or assisting the customer. Avoid them like the plague

stay away

By far the worst ISP and cable provider I have ever used and that's saying something considering I have lived in turkey for 7 years.

They almost never reply to emails regarding requests or issues, and when they do, they just refer you to their instant messaging support platform where you have to spend all day being passed around from one customer representative to another for you to have to explain your issue all over again as they don't keep a log of the tickets which are raised, or just close them without resolving the issue.

Their customer support by phone is even worse. Very condescending and unhelpful attitude towards their customers. They just tell you what you want to hear so they can get you off the phone and don't follow through on their promises.
The one good think about nova however is that they won't charge you anything more than 2 euros when you call them by phone.

No Internet or landline phone…

No Internet or landline phone throughout my contract! They were refusing constantly to send a technician to check the lines. Their technicians were scammers as well. The prices online were 9.90 euros per visit but they were asking for 90 from my mom because she was a senior and were trying to rip her off. Called us back two months before the contract ended just to ask us to renew with them without providing any solutions. Customer services told us there was nothing they could have done and that the best thing we could do is go with another company! And that's what we did...Disgusting services and behaviour from every single one of them! Never again!

I have never encountered such an…

I have never encountered such an incompetent and unprofessional company. I visited one of NOVA’s stores in my area, seeking WiFi for security purposes. After explaining my situation in detail, I was told there was nothing I needed to do and that a technician would visit in about a week. When the technician arrived, he informed me that I needed to install the wires myself. I immediately requested to cancel the service.

Two hours later, I received a call from their customer service asking why I wanted to cancel. I explained the situation again and assumed the cancellation was processed. I spend only a few months each year in Greece, so two months later, while I was abroad, I received a bill for about 25 euros. Thinking these were roaming charges due to using data on my Greek phone, I paid the bill. However, the following month, I received another bill. Upon reviewing the details, I realized that NOVA had never canceled the WiFi service.

When I returned to Athens, I received a call from a NOVA employee who was loud, rude, and intimidating, insisting that I had a contract with them. She was the worst customer service representative I have ever encountered, so I hung up. Another month passed, and a kinder representative called me. I explained the situation again and finally learned that to cancel in Athens, one must visit the store and file a written complaint.

I promptly followed these instructions, but two weeks later NOVA had forwarded my information to a collection agency. This entire ordeal was extremely upsetting and unprofessional. As a result, I canceled my mobile phone and TV services with NOVA and switched to another company. When they discovered this, they repeatedly called me, trying to lure me back with lower rates. I told them to leave me alone, and after 3-4 calls, they finally stopped.

Stay away from NOVA. They are incompetent and irresponsible.

Unfortunately, I had many problem with them. The technician are not serious and didnt come fixing my problem, during few weeks. Contacting every weeks the custumers service, they dont know so many things apart the cable change. so bad expérience

The WORST company i have ever had for…

The WORST company i have ever had for phone services. Fake charges, no actual customers service (they dont care), it has become like a fraudulent company. I dont know what happened cause i had them for almost 20 years on cable.tv and internet and everything was fine (when they were with Forthnet)
Now, they function very unprofessionally.
STAY AWAY.
