The worst company
The worst company. We pay for 100mbps internet but we get 1.42mbps (today's speed measurement). We have been reporting the problem for years but nothing has been done. They forced us and we paid their own technician who came and said we have a short circuit. We paid a technician to dig out the walls and redo the wiring. Of course there was no short circuit. Of course they don't admit that the problem is theirs. The router keeps reconnecting because the connection keeps getting cut. Stay away, these are scammers.

Four days without mobile phone connection, waiting for a simple confirmation call,after contacting them numerous times. Worst communication company ever.

i pay around 34 euro for month, frist 4 month they give me 70mb and after they give me 10-30mb and most time is 10mb and some time 2mb, i call and they say come change the sim card, i change and still same i call them and they say you need to wait 5 day to fix it, after 5 day the internet come in normal speed but after 1 month internet come back with 10mb, shame on you nova !!!

Many parts of Greece no connection whatsoever. A person sitting next to me calls me but no connection at all. Cannot dial international numbers , starting to dial the first zero and it is dead as a doornail. I informed them a month ago but they have done nothing to rectify the problem.Biggest mistake of my life going with Nova will go back to Cosmote even if I have to pay a fee for leaving Nova as I'm losing business with this dreadful company. They should be taken to court for BS info but here in Greece you could wait 10 years before it reaches court.

They are criminals, nothing else. Selling a high-priced product that does not provide you with the services they tell you it would. The internet cuts of all the time, when you call them they say: mm we cant see any disconnections, have you tried restarting the router? I want to cancel and they want me to pay a cancellation fee, even though I pay 50 euros a month and almost lost my job because the internet cuts off constantly and I am also working at customer service where this CANNOT happen. Its a company that should be dragged to trial by all of us.

after several years of contract with wind it changed its name to NOVA and this is where the problems began. the internet keeps cutting out and the rooter they provided me overheats and shuts down or loses connection. they acknowledged that the problem is theirs but they said that if I want to change the rooter I have to pay for it!!! unacceptable given that my contract provided for it to be free. they are scammers!!! change operator if you want a good service for what you pay!!

Literally one of the most toxic companies in the world, they might change name (Wind), but not their habits, they misinform you or not inform you at all, treat you like poopoo, provide an awful service and are rude and assumptious.
Honestly if things would work right they should be in jail since they offer free services and give you no contracts only to charge you for those.
and YES, THEY EXPLOIT PEOPLE IN NEED INSTEAD OF HELPING, SO I ADVICE YOU TO GET AWAY FROM THEM.

Worst service in galaxy
I made contract with nova internet for 2 years it start December 2023 since the installation I didn’t receive a single day internet in my house but i pay 3 bills already. I had many phone calls with technician service and customer service plus i went nova shops for many time but I still don’t have internet and nobody wants to fix the problem. It is obviously that they are robbing me. Is there anyone there can tell me where i have go to find the solution ?

Biggest theifs on the planet. They billed 3 months extra.. Claiming we had bought a tv or bought movies etc. None we had done! Then cancelled it and they ones again lie, dont follow up on the cancelation and bill us yet ANOTHER 2 months extra (minimum!.. Its not final yet).. All I can say is, STAY AS FARE away from them as you possible can. If they ever become the last to offer internet, I will use pigeons!!!!
Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. Ungrateful of good customers. Two years never late on a bill contract expires and nothing offered to keep me as a customer. Was even told that my monthly payment would go up. Switched provider and magically after two years of no problem with the line phone and internet goes out. Very unconcerned and nonchalant about assisting. Never again.

i dont even know where to start. I had the contract for few years, the lowest internet i have had in my life. I have tried to switch to fibre with them and everything went wrong. I have been waited for 1,5 year and nothing. I wanted to give them a second chance and everything goes wrong again, again the wrong the address wrong, i need to wait for ages even to get the contract. Sorry, never again.
The downfall of Nova
First and foremost, it's 2024, and I still can't achieve a minimum speed of 50mbps. Secondly, I've been grappling with an ongoing issue affecting my connection, causing my download speed to plummet to 1-2-3mbps. Despite reaching out to their experts, their proposed solution is to upgrade to VDSL or fiber, even though I've had no such problem for many years. Moreover, it's evident that they don't provide the promised speed, so I demand a resolution to fix my 24mbps (actual 11mbps) speed. Just a word of caution as Wind they were more reliable, but since Nova took over, the services are rapidly deteriorating.
Avoid at all costs
Their Double Play telephone/ADSL connection would be the slowest internet connection I have seen this decade, if it wasn't so very intermittent.
As it stands I get half the promised speeds half the time and no speeds at all the other half. So basically they've sold us a 6mbps connection for the price of 24. I would actually not mind as much if the connection was 6mbps and on all the time.

Cannot get instructions in English…
Cannot get instructions in English (“English” tab is in Greek. Good luck finding it). Once found good luck finding a phone # to enter into registration. Trial annd error using 5 numbers in package, all minute. App locks up. A 3rd grader must have designed their interface. Avoid at all costs. Saw a Vodaphone store down the street after wasting €25 (and you have to pay for the service on top - Mr Phone should also be avoided).

Nova is all about marketing
Nova is all about marketing and not at all about service or even customer retention. We purchased almost all of their offers from fixed and mobile lines, to internet and even TV. Getting service to return a call, or sales to even sell you more stuff, it is near impossible. A week of back and forth with reps from Facebook to two physical stores and I am ready to stretch a string to all my friend's houses. Tin cans were far more fun and efficient. Seriously, stay clear of this WIND makeover company.
