A pity I can't give 0 stars

Unfortunately, it's not possible to give 0 stars.....I have been trying to have internet service installed a recently renovated flat. The initial contact was ok, i.e., the part where you sign up for a year, but after that it went downhill quickly. It's now been several weeks and still no connection as a result of an error of the first technician who ostensibly came; the second technician was rude and impatient and left without finishing due to the first technician's error. I receive automated messages about an impending technician's appearance but no one ever comes. Have tried to contact a human being to align on next steps but to no avail. Sad and pitiful.

Worst internet provider in Greece

Worst internet provider in Greece
-Unreliable technical support who are unable to properly diagnose a client's issue. Furthermore, visits from the technical support team are scarce and impossible to schedule and on the rare occasion of their miraculous arrival, the situation is often left worse than how it previously was.
-Random internet cut-offs during peak hours of 8pm-10pm
Overall what led to this 1-star review is how poor and lacking the support team is. It's honestly pitiful as the internet service itself is quite ok.

At this moment I really want to apologize, to all the companies with one star. To be fair if one star represents 10mbps, And 50 mpbs is the speed I'm paying for, 0.4 stars would be totally appropriate in this case. Tellas, wind, nova, call it Keanu Reeves, this company is so bad , it's the reason aliens won't ever come to Greece. Beaming to the mothership using Nova wifi would take 3 years

Its like they are a virtual company…

Its like they are a virtual company without actual people working in it. No way to contact them if something is wrong, or get an actual person to speak with you, they overcharged me for three months in a row and then they sent messages that they are going to cut my service if I dont pay. Just like a mafia family. Stay away.

Can't reach them, they do not even have a toll free number for all. I have only internet services from them and do not wish to get a landline; therefore, I should not be charged to speak from my phone freely. I know they will (maybe) write a cynnical response, like yeah this is our policy and you knew that, but I do wish to express my feelings and your People should know. I did speak with a representative in chat within business hours. Slow responses, untrained personnel in the fine art of cs.. Guys get your act together or you will start to be losing more clients to companies like Inalan or HCN.

Lies for over a month

Lies for over a month. They forward issues at least 10 times slower than they promise. My phone broke because I am obliged to use it as a router. This wouldn't have happened if you were professionals. Just a scam company. Avoid at all costs.

Disaster

Disaster! We paid all, but they disconnect us. We are foreigners and the payments come from an other country.
We are hopeless.They don't want connect us, we have been 3 times to the shop. The lady was very friendly and she phoned every time to NOVA. They promissed to call us. Nothing !!!!!!!!!!! We are still disconnected.

Avoid at all costs.

Difficult to fully explain how utterly incompetent this company is. As an old WIND corporate customer, the service provided by WIND was pretty good. Once acquired by NOVA it became a ludicrous third world shambles. Internet never worked for more than an hour or two at a time. They sent an assortment of inept and rude people to diagnose and fix the problem, all of whom diagnosed something different but never fixed the problem. We had to transfer our office abroad to continue operations. Daily complaint emails and calls were ignored bar the auto response emails promising that a technician would be in touch immediately which of course never happened. After two months they eventually changed the router which I had indicated from the outset was the real issue. Two months of absurd time wasting and totally incompetent people coming by and doing nothing, costing us large amounts of money. Even 1 star is much higher than the reality which is a big zero. Useless service provider, useless technicians, useless follow up. Cannot see a single reason to be with NOVA, they need to get their act together fast if they plan to remain in business. Zero connectivity for two months and they have the gall to send bills.

EXTREME INCOMPETENCE

First I tried moving my internet line when I was moving and they kept saying the system wasn’t working and to come back another day. After about a month of this idiocy, I had to get a new provider bc I had to vacate my old apartment. So I had to cancel my account with Nova. I have been trying to cancel for the past 4 months and can’t get through to the “right department.” I’ve called no less than 20 times, each time they say they’ll have the right department call me back and no one ever does. I’ve tried contacting them through their website as well, no one contacts me back. In the meantime I keep getting bills. I cannot believe the extremity of this incompetence. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

Unprofessional + unhelpful

Unprofessional, unfriendly and unhelpful! Long waiting periods for customer service who end chats when they are ready!? The packages are not great and the only way to purchase these is by adding credit to an account. The amount reflected for the package is not the amount paid so extra monies needs to be added. After purchasing a package if there is a monetary credit left, Nova adds a short expiry date (~1 months) and then takes the money rather than the credit staying in the account for future use. This is theft & unacceptable especially as most Pay as you go customers are tourists. Will not be using NOVA again!

Incompitent customer service

Incompitent customer service, i applied for a new connection on the 24th of February and while they say my service was activated on the 31st of march i got nothing (April 3rd). Plus they are threatening me that if i cancel the non existent contract i will pay 113 eyros. Never had a worse experience, stay away.

STAY AWAY- WORSE ISP IN GREECE

STAY AWAY! incompetent amateurs, unable to offer the basic customer service, almost a month since moving that I requested that my double play be activated in my new address ( Athens to Athens ) , I agreed to pay 70 euro for this, I moved and so far nothing has been done, each time I call I get a different story for the delay, first its dont worry every is going well, then they blame cosmote and now its the address you have given is wrong ( even though I had already provided the full address and also guided their staff on google maps and she got the coordinates prior and correctly) now I am forced to work from either a cafe or via mobile data and have now been threatened on the 30th of March that if you cancel your contract you will have to pay us!!! They don't call you ever, you need to call them for any update and they fake 2 ring calls ( so you dont have time to pickup ) and their chat after 2 hrs of waiting leads to nothing. The amusing part is that although they aren't providing me what the contract says they expect me to pay them if I cancel! Cancel what??? I dont have neither a telephone nor internet service! I have 2 contracts with them and trust me they have lost both and I will reach out to Consumers Affairs for legal actions and assistance. My advise is stay away from them , they might be cheaper but at the end you get what you pay for... absolutely second tier customer support and no service. Go to Cosmote don't fall for their competitive prices or you will find out the reason they are cheaper!

INCOMPETENT AMATEURS

Since the merger of the NOVA and WIND companies there has been chaos in terms of customer service
Although it's been 2 months since the new corporate structure started they are unable to process an internet speed upgrade request because their systems are down
Unfortunately I will tolerate them for as long as I still have a contractual obligation but then I will change provider with COSMOTE being the preferred choice

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience.
I made an enquiry for fiber to the home, after their visit (an agent visited our place), last June.
Today 9 months later still waiting for the equipment.
I don't think I can trust them anymore.
I am already their client, I have 24Mbps and ask to update to 100Mbps, since their connection is around 6-7 Mbps (I am paying for 24).
