Total Scam I ordered the pro glasses, Did not receive the glasses shown in ad ,they added hidden charges for $14.99 on a cheap clear plastic case total $54.99. On the very day I receive package, they took $49.99 out of my account with out my permission no luck getting answers or my money, Scam and fraud site.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Huge SCAM. Show you one thing send you something else. I like how the business is in the US but warehouse in China. Worst customer service ever. No refunds just want you to buy more of there subpar crap.

I ordered two of the Neosocket (Gas Savers) from Novari home they charger me for the two then another three plus there were other extra charges DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE they are charge happy very sad

- will NOT help you with a return
- very shifty
- they get your money then want NO contact with you
- VERY poor customer service ( there is none)
- products DO NOT WORK
- they drag their feet on helping you till your return time runs out
- SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN ADMITTEDLY
- they promise you a deal then leave you hanging with junk
- charge for what you don't order VERY BAD BUSSINESS

This company is a scam I ordered 1pair to try the ad sounded good ~I received 4 pair of glasses with 4 cases was charged 144.00 my total should have been 29.99, they are giving me the run around for return, saying they have high volume sorry for delay, SURE HIGH VOLUME SCAMMING PEOPLE SOMEONE NEEDS TO STOP THEM needless to say they don't work very blurry make me dizzy~ cant read with them at all UPDATE!! The said giving me full refund back providing I pay Shipping and return 4 pair glasses went to ups cost is 350.00 to mail to China ! So is this a scam or what !

SCAM!!! Do not order from this company. I ordered a pair of $32.00 reading glasses and ended up with $289.00 in charges. 5 pairs of glasses and 3 pair of driving glasses were added to my order. I reached out to them immediately to cancel the order and they said it was already packaged and ready to go and they couldn't dig through tons of boxes to find mine. Plus they claim it was my fault. because I supposedly click on boxes to accept the additional items. NOT TRUE. I went back and forth with them for over a month. Finally agreed to allow me to ship them back. Guess what they did not come from USA but I had to ship them back to China. They told me to only claim $5.00 so it would get held up at the border. Seems fishy to me. I argued again with them and they finally gave me a $100.00 refund. I am so pissed. The glasses suck and I lost my money. I wish I would have read up on the company before falling for their Facebook Ad.

I ordered this fuel thing and when I checked out there were extra charges on my purchase and I tried to cancel it and it wouldn’t allow me to.This is a big ripoff and scam. I just want my money back from thing junk fuel plug. Please don’t purchase this junk. This company needs to be shutdown or closed for ripping people off

These people are very polite SCAM artists. I bought their "special reading glasses, which were bogus. I was sent 4 and had ordered one. I was promised a return authorization that I never got. After contacting again they said not to worry, I had 180 days to return. After contacting again, I was told they did not do returns but would offer a 30% discount. When I declined they said that they would accept a return, but it was not issued until item was received. . . oh and though they advertised "SHIPPED FRONM AMERICA" they do not accept returns in America. You must ship at your expense and remember, "they dont issue refund until they receive it. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT

As suspected the glasses do not work as advertised. Would have given zero stars if possible. They are essentially magnifying readers. DO NOT BUY THEM and get scammed. No money back guarantee unless I ship them to China. Yeah right.

The merchandise was not even close to what was advertised. When I went to return it the fee was over $60. Still waiting to see if I ever get my refund. Total scam!

I made an order, then within an hour I decided to cancel the order. I canceled the order and I emailed the company as well, informing them that I need this order canceled. However, the package was sent. As soon as I received it, I went to Canada post to return the unopened package. I was informed that it could not be sent as return to sender and that I have to contact the sender for return information. I did that and I was also advised that I have to pay the shipping fees. That was in September and the package has been with customs ever since as of October. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Terrible customer service. As far as the product, I don't know because I never opened it. From what I heard, it's garbage.

Same here as everyone else. It’s a scam and they even complete purchases that your credit card rejected.
They claim their refund policy does not apply as it’s not their wrong doing.
Their satisfaction guarantee isn’t actually a thing.

I ordered 2 pair of the magic glasses and ended up getting charged for 5 pair,I tried to immediately correct the situation but they gave me some rubbish storey that the order was already processed and the only thing I could do is return them (to china)for a full refund which I did to an address in China they provided.
After a couple of months surprise surprise the glasses arrived back to me with a return to sender sticker.
Now they are claiming I must have sent them to the wrong address (the one they provided) now they are offering a 50% refund so I don’t have to send them back to China . What a totally dishonest and scam this is and to top it off the glasses are rubbish bits of plastic.DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY this has been going on since 27 of July and they are still making all sorts of excuses why they are not giving refund

the article advertised is not what i received. in addition they added a warranty that i did not ask for, and also sent two items when i ordered ONLY ONE!!!

The 2 glasses I purchased did not meet expectations, failed to enhance my husband’s vision as anticipated and mine. The package came late than the date it was expected to arrive. Returning it was difficult because they want you to ship it back to China instead to where it originally came from as you can see at the original packaging and the cost is half the price of the glasses. They should have a streamlined returns without extra costs, particularly for shipping to China, which can be a significant portion of the product cost. I wish it was a smoother refunds like Amazon or Temu. It was a ripped off for me. I felt I got scammed believing their marketing is amazing, great innovation, and unfortunately I believed it that it can help my eye. The glasses are just like sn ordinary reading glasses you buy from a drugstore or groceries. I will never and can’t ever recommend this product nor the company. They will give you full refund but you pay the shipping cost for refund which is almost the price of one eye glass.

Dishonest and fraudulent
I have been charged multiple times for items I clearly and explicitly declined. Unhelpful responses received, and was charged again today. Don't bother. I'm sorry I didn't read other reviews before purchasing.

Ordered a fuel saving plug in. Within 5 minutes after receiving order confirmed adding an extended warranty, I attempted to cancel the warranty and was told it was too late in spite of the fact that the warranty was in the fine print. When I received the product the packaging again in fine print carried a warning that the device could cause damage to the vehicle. Sent an email complaining about the lousy product and wanting to return it for a refund. Following the usual scam they told me I could return it to China for a full refund or they would give me 30% and I could keep the product. Since the cost to ship to China was prohibitive I reluctantly took the 30% which also included the extended warranty charges! So I now have a dangerous product with a 30% extended warranty!
