To give a person such false hope is so wrong. I can get better glasses off the rack at the supermarket. These were just junk. When will I learn? Cate - Australia

I ordered a pair of glasses that were advertised as having the ability to see distance and also read. However when I clicked on go to checkout, apparently I added another item to my order. In trying to cancel additional items, the order went through. I contacted the company immediately to cancel, but she (Anna) sent me an email response that they were busy and will respond in 2 days. When she did respond, I was informed that my order was shipped, even though I cancelled the additional item before it was shipped (it wasn’t actually shipped just a label). I was told that I could return it. When I asked for a label to return it, she wouldn’t give me one and said that business was too small. I was told that I had to send it back myself and gave me an address in China; I had to pay for it. I also sent her the tracking number she requested. Now it’s four months later (also several emails later) she claims the items I returned were not received in the factory, but rest assured I will receive my refund when it’s received.I believe I’ve been scammed; apparently others too.

Can't get no response on address for returning item.Always excuse. Turned mine over to Attorney. Didn't ask for membership and my order sucks.Cant see out of glasses and can't get address. Maybe my Attorney can.

Very bad product, the company is not giving me my money back , it told me to pay for ghe shipment although the product they send was the Wong one. And then they stop email me and I'm left having oaid for somthing that is rabish

As mentioned by another recent purchaser of the dog toy ball that you flatten out & then it pops back into a ball shape, the product is pretty worthless. Unless you train your dog to jump on the ball very hard to flatten it, you'll have to do it every time. Our dogs were totally uninterested in it. To process the return you have to jump through multiple hoops. After my 1st email requesting a refund, they replied by asking for my name, email address(duh!) & order #. That was all in the 1st email. Then they asked for a reason for the return. Now they've asked for a photo of the item & the problem with it. "Duh"-already said why, & they know what the item is from the order#. But I sent a photo. Let's see what's the next hoop I have to jump through.
Ok, chapter 2 of the return process: as another person noted, the product has to be returned to CHINA!! Even though it was shipped from Hialeah, FL. Obviously, I will not be paying probably 4-5 times in shipping costs over what I paid for this junk product. Lesson learned-check reviews before you order from unknown scammers like this.

I have an email saying I have 180 days to return the crappy dog toy that my high drive GSD's were not interested in. After about 20 tries the suction cup does not hold. THen they said 3 days after delivery only & now are trying to claim that I destroyed it because I said "squashed" which is what you need to do to make it a disk. They are a total fraud. Will look here next time I order something online.

The glasses are a scam. They do not improve vision in any way in fact my vision is better without the glasses. Do not buy. They offered me a full refund but I would have to pay return postage and make a false declaration re the value.

I could not see through the glasses so I tried to return them. They sold them to me, they delivered them to me, but they wanted me to send them a picture of the glasses before they would refund my money. I took a couple of pictures on my cell phone and sent them to them as they asked. They could not open the picture. I had a friend take a picture and send to them with my order number and name on it, they still could not open the picture. This is their way to not refund any money. Do not buy from this company!!

I ordered 1 pair of glasses which in hindsight was the biggest mistake ever. I check my email confirmation and it appeared I have seven pairs on the way. (@ $380 NZD). I made immediate contact and was told these could be returned for a full credit. Quite ironic how I ordered them from USA but the return address is to China which set me back another $35. Long story short it appears the glasses have being held by customs China since the beginning of September. I have made numerous attempts to get Novari Home to contact their supplier (most likely Temu) and reach out to China Post. Not a chance. So I am now over $400 out of pocket and with no glasses. These people are complete scammers so I would like this review shared far and wide. Please everyone do not get sucked in like I did because the chances of you ever seeing a refund are zero. I will be taking this matter further.

Rip Off …. Dog toy.. pretty cool so I grabbed extra for gifts …. Paid way too much for garbage ! Oh but I get my money back if I pay to send them back… $275 to ship back are you kidding OMG!

Total scam and if you order with PayPal they will deny any claims. I have been trying since September to get money back. I believe PayPal and Novari are working together on this.

I wish I had read these reviews before I wasted my money. Hold onto your money. They charged me for fast track and I immediately contacted them. A 25$ pair of glasses ( no choice of style) cost me 65$. They couldn’t do anything for me. Sorry. Now I’m worried about some kind of subscription that I see in others reviews. It’s at the end when they keep offering specials and you have to keep hitting no. Somehow I accidentally accepted the fast track. BEWARE!!!!!!

Absolute garbage do not pay them with PayPal use a reputable credit card that will go to bat for you when a scam artist takes advantage of you because as far as I'm concerned PayPal and this company are in bed together and they steal money from good hard working people like myself by taking their money and sending them crap just a Band of Thieves

not even a one star - I ordered 1 and they sent 4 and a thing called fast track savings - I clicked no to all the add on junk they try to upsell ya and I still got extra - it didn't show the bill just pay so when I clicked pay (cause there were no other options) it came out that I bought 3 other sets and that fast thing. So I emailed them right away and they got back with an hour and said there is nothing they can do about it - they wont open a box and delay shipment. I guess it doesn't matter that the shipment is wrong - completely.
Excellent customer service right from the beginning. I do not recommend this company - don't even know if the product works or not - this is not how you build relationships and ripping people off is NOT the way to do business. Shame on you all.

I wouldn’t give any stars! My husband bought the glasses and can’t see a damn thing with them. They refunded $12…and they look like women’s glasses!

I ordered glasses, from Novari, that were "supposed" to make you see clearly under most circumstances. It's a SCAM. They DO NOT WORK. Consumers beware. They billed me for the initial order and, two months later, I realized they continued to bill me monthly. I called my CC company & disputed the additional charges and ask them to block any future charge from Novari. BEWARE !!! I can ship you the glasses I bought from Novari for free. THEY DO NOT WORK.

I purchased these glasses that were supposed to help with vision. I purchased the extra pair that was 1/2 off and they charged me full price. I requested a refund, which after 3 months, I still have not received. They signed me up for a membership and will not refund my money. They keep offering me 1/2 of my last membership fee. I want all of it returned as, I returned all of the product and therefore didn't even use the membership. I'd like to file a class action suit.

I saw this car fixing gadget on Facebook and wanted to purchase one, then when I checked the order email they have billed me for four, I emailed immediately and and hours later they emailed saying to bad it's been sent already, on top of that that they wanted membership, well the gadget don't work like they say it does cause you need another tool.

I purchased a toy for my dog. Not bad so far. He hasn’t been able to destroy it yet.
I made the purchase but my bank declined the purchase and sent me a message. I confirmed that I made the purchase. Then I tried to buy the item again but they wouldn’t accept my credit card because it was declined by my bank. But then 2 days later they somehow accepted my purchase.
I decided okay since I wanted the item. At the I originally ordered I didn’t sign up for a membership. The way it was advertised was that the item is 1/2 the price. Now 14 days later they took out the money for the membership not. I contacted them and they replied that I signed up for the membership which I didn’t.
