As an agency owner, it seems like we only have 2 options when it comes to Agency Management Systems(AMSs'). You have the old dinosaurs who treat you like a numbers, horrible customer service and act like they just don’t care. It all about making their shareholders happy. Then you have the other side, the newer companies. They promise to be a "Better" option and just give you a big hype job. Unfortunately, at the end of the day their just a bunch of hot air. Over promise and under deliver.

Until I found Nowcerts, I can’t say enough about them. First of all, they are an absolute pleasure to work with. Everyone is always so happy and so helpful.

Then you have all the constant innovation and they have a 2 way open API, which means that they integrate with almost everybody. That is the best part.

We now have a true single point of entry system that links my AMS to my CRM to my Raters to my VOIP and so on. It's awesome and a total gamechanger. Lastly and most importantly, they actually care. They truly do and it shows every time you need help or a service from them . If you are looking to change your AMS. Please look no further. Do yourself a favor and call the people at Nowcerts. I promise that you won’t regret it.

You made my life so much easier with your automatic downloads. I would stay up late at night making each change for all my policies. I believe I missed some endorsements and now so glad I made the change. This Agency System is so much easy to work with truly works for the insurance industry.

These guys are really something special. I have used almost all of the systems out there. What impresses me the most is the great attitude and willingness to make sure we understand what we must do to get set up properly. They follow up as promised. They are patient and thorough in training. From top to bottom, NowCerts are the best I have seen in automation for an Insurance Agency. I wish I knew about them before.

Disruptive pricing with an ever-expanding functionality set, NowCerts already out-competes with most small-medium AMS providers and they are quickly deploying accounting and other functionalities which allow them to compete at every level. Every bit of polish you're looking for may not be there yet (emphasis on "yet"), but almost everything is there and if not, you get to work directly entrepreneur-to-entrepreneur to get the system working as you need it to.

Give it a shot. Those that stick with legacy platforms will be left behind over the next several years.

NowCerts has been an essential tool to agency. Life having another staff member, all data is organized easy to find....it's like an agency survival guide. The certificate of insurance are quick and precise.....so many enchancements.....requests are always welcomed and handled.....love it!!

Moved to Now Certs from another well-known agency management system, and have been using it for over a year. Would recommend Now Certs to anybody - the customer service has been astounding.

Generally, the layout of their service is intuitive. However, in the rare case that I don't know how to do something, don't know where a feature or setting is located, etc. I know I can reliably reach out to them by phone or e-mail and get a real human being on the other end, ready to help.

Their service does everything I need, and a great deal more. The options for running reports and tracking certain statistics are very open, such that I can't think of anything more that I could ask from them. If there's some info I need about my clientèle, Now Certs can help me track it down quickly and reliably.
