A pioneering system

A pioneering system. When it came to looking for an AMS to support our trucking insurance agency, I was very disappointed to find that there were no tailored options. The only options were other systems at outrageous prices. Nowcerts has helped us get better organized and has become a selling point when selling. Overall, I am satisfied with the performance, and I look forward to future improvements to the platform.

No history tab on this system

No history tab on this system. Every thing you need to do you have to go through way to many screens to get to it. Time consuming. It takes a lot more time to use than our old system.

Nowcerts does have a history tab. Our cloud based platform is backed by a very powerful database engine. If anything, we collect too much data :-) So, in each Insured or Policy page, there is a tab called "Activity History. In that tab you can find all related activity for this object: Tasks, Emails, System messages, Notes, Claims, Appointments, Service Requests, etc

It has been a really great experience

It has been a really great experience. This is our second purchased Agency Management System (AMS) within the last 10 years. By far, this has been the most intuitive and resourceful tool to help us manage our client documents and processing. We recommend to any agency looking for an AMS.

Nowcerts is Great

Nowcerts has been great for my agency. Really easy to work with and willing to make changes if something needs to be tweaked in order to fit our needs. Peter is always available and quick to help. I am very glad to have found Nowcerts.

It is constantly having issues

It is constantly having issues! It doesn't always deliver the faxes sent. It is slow, and not very reliable. The page goes down often specially when most needed.

So, the quality of your internet connection is critical to how the system performs. We do not require a lot of bandwidth but it helps to be stable and reliable.
