We are using NowCerts for last 4 years, we love it. I want to give them 6 stars instead.

solid, easy to use, staff loves it. One critique, you should be able to filter AP and RP reports as being >0 otherwise cleared items show and it is hard to sort

Platform which gives us the ability to effective track all our communications & transactions of our customers.

I've been very impressed with the technical service, help, and advice we have received from Nowcerts. They are very responsive and have quick turn around times for any questions and/or issues that have come up. We converted from another AGM system we have been using for almost years. It was pretty scary, but the staff at Nowcerts really held my hand and have answered a TON of questions for me. The system is very user friendly and it is very sophisticated. I am still discovering new things that the system can help us automate. I am so glad we moved to this system. Thank you Nowcerts!

NowCerts was originally selected to helped us manage our clients that have large number of certificates of insurance. We have found that this was the easiest system to use. We then started to use NowCerts for our agency management system and have been pleased with the features. We even had some custom changes and design done. Their technical support has been amazing and very responsive. Downloads and commission tracking is so easy to reconcile and run reports. NowCerts has added more features to their system and am looking to use for our benefits book as well!

intuitive, Smart and user friendly CMS

good software, great price, nice features.
I would like if they could have a tabbed interface so don't have scroll down the screen to view all the information.

I have been using Nowcerts going on almost 2 years. I took a good 6 months shopping for the right management system. I started from the top systems, all the way down. I find that Nowcert was a fantastic choice for my insurance agency. It has everything my agency needs to run proficiently and keep track of all of my customers. I am very satisfied with the program. I find it very easy to navigate as well as my employees. It has kept my business in check! Better yet, the price is right and all of our employees prefer this one over the other management system we previously had.

Peter and his team are on the ball. We reviewed many different platforms and found Nowcerts to be the best solution for our agency. They are constantly upgrading the system and service calls are returned, usually, within the hour. We are very happy with our decision so far and look forward to a long relationship with this company.

All-in-one powerful agency tool. It's been great to watch Nowcerts improve and advance every day, and I'm glad to have them as a partner.
The support team has always been quick, responsive, and informative.

I really think the system has everything that an agent who primarily writes commercial trucking needs except the accounting. That part of it is very confusing and should be streamlined.

I would also like to see more training offered.

Great software, can't say enough about the ease with which clients are able to issue certificates, excellent support, not a financial burden on the new start up agency. Very satisfied.

Nowcerts has a good software, which can be expandable based on your business use. Sometimes it can be overwhelming to maintain all the data in it.

I've had several AMS companies. Nowcerts by far is the BEST! Their customer service is OUTSTANDING. They address any and all issues immediately with great concerns and satisfaction. They keep you updated with all changes and updates and are willing to answer questions during and after normal business hours. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

Have enjoyed using this feature rich and great designed CMS system. They continue to roll out great new features.
