They continue to bill you even after you cancel, no way to get a hold of anyone, they keep your bank card numbers in violation of EU Law and refuse to erase your personal data or profile even after all lines are cancelled.

For years, I have been paying a high but justified price for my mobile plan: €24.99 for 170GB.

Realising that I don't need that much data, I switch to a €7.99 plan for 40GB of mobile data.

On the day I changed plans, I received two messages telling me that I had used up all my credit (which is not true, I didn't even have time to start).

I called customer service, who told me that it was a computer bug. Basically, their software tells them that I still have my entire plan, but my mobile phone has no more mobile data. Until their software understands that I no longer have any mobile data, they cannot recharge my mobile data.

It's hard to imagine anything more ridiculous. No one is able to fix this computer problem quickly. NRJ is aware that the problem is on their end and doesn't want to charge me until the problem is resolved, but they have NO TECHNICAL SOLUTION to give me my mobile data.

The mediocrity of capitalist de-evolution is unfathomably profound.

The problem is that they are unable to tell me how long it will take to resolve and they have been aware of the problem for two weeks. So, I could be without 4G for weeks.

The financial oligarchy of this world has made the internet as essential as oxygen. I need to breathe, so I'm leaving for the competition. I don't know how many subscribers they will lose, but it's going to be a lot.

All this because no one is able, with the same equipment, to activate the mobile data that people are entitled to, due to an extremely minor IT problem.

This company suddenly cut off my Telephone service when I was in the middle of a travel experience. I signed up in October 2024. After about two weeks, the service was cut off, immediately after NRJ withdrew €14.99 from my bank.

In October 2024, I rented an Airbnb from a dangerous and unstable person. I was being threatened by a dangerous man and I couldn't even call the police.I needed to call Airbnb but I didn't have telephone service. Because of NRJ Mobile services I was deprived of a means to help myself in a time of danger.

I have been unable to resolve this matter whatsoever. NRJ Mobile does not give you a means of emergency contact. There is no way to contact them either by text, email or to reach them by phone. NRJ is a dangerous and irresponsible company. I have been without telephone service for a week. I have no customer service that I can turn to. There's no one I can call. Their website is not accessible because, in order to access it you need a a code. But you cannot receive a code since the phone service has been cut off. Thankfully I had access to Wi-Fi, otherwise I would've been totally helpless. This company should be closed down and they should be sued and fined for their misconduct.

Poor connection, hidden charges, hours to find out how to cancel, no support, spam calls to number I received

catastrophic experience when trying to obtain RIO (the unique SIM ID enabling you to shift operator). NRJ was either incompetent and/or withheld the information until my monthly subscription was renewed. Also, the iOS or Android app has not been updated in 6 or 7 years (and is therefore totally unusable) and the online account features are totally outdated. Last but not least, there is not dedicated customer service. you ask a generic or specific question to a platform not managed by NRJ Mobile, and if you are lucky, someone from NRJ reads your messages (among thousands of them) and answers it. If you are less lucky, they will pretend someone else already answered your question and close the case. this is what happened to me. NEVER AGAIN

Plus d'appels, plus de data. Sans explications ni SMS ni mail. L'apn qui change en Bouygues Telecom.. sav injoignable. Fuyons !

Unreachable customer service. The only thing you can do is to send a message on a forum, messages to which they only reply if they want to, and are very selective in doing so.

The hassle is not worth the money you save, trust me.

The most corrupt organisation on the planet - stealing from customers, rubbish customer service and super incompetent staff - do not sign up with them - they are a scam and you will not be able to cancel your contact - corrupt!!!!

I didn't receive the SIM card before they cut my previous ligne. I've been without phone service for one week and they cinically said that the facture is still being charged.
It's impossible to talk with someone from the mobile assistance because the automatic menu only says "do it by internet" that's completely useless.

Very hard to cancel subscription (need to send LRAR) and they don t give the money they owe you.

Impossible to get the subscription: all the time I can't upload documents and after few minutes I get the order canceled.
