I remember doing a review last year where I mentioned how impressed I was with Nu Age Heating. Well, I can confirm again this year, my score and thoughts are still the same. The reason being, their office made contact with me, to remind me of my boiler service. You may think, why wouldn't they, it's extra revenue for their busines. But, I paid for this service, 3 years ago, in advance so, they could of just ignored this and hoped, I would forget. That goes a long way in my estimation. I also have to mention, what a lovely and pleasant chap Macaulay was. Well done.

Efficient and excellent manners. Arrived on time. Very clean and tidy. Completed job after a minor issue which was responded to promptly and satisfactorily. All in all very pleased with the work done replacing boiler and radiators.

Absolutely brilliant service, the plumber turned up inside the time specified and was able to pinpoint the problem in minutes and fixed it very quickly. Definitely a load off my mind. He was also able to point out other work which while not urgent will need doing at some point soon.

Happy to recommend NuAge for all plumbing related works. So far they have carried out repair work, bathroom installation, boiler replacement snd now servicing for us. All to the highest standard.

Had leaking pipes in an awkward place behind the boiler. Mac did a thorough job with the initial leak detection and was excellent at explaining what he was doing etc. The decorator who did the restoration work was also thorough, really happy with the work. Only very minor drawback was that you weren’t sent set timing beforehand. Would 100% recommend!
