We had such a great stay

We had such a great stay! The hotel is very centrally located and the room was pristine. The support staff on WhatsApp were very efficient and helpful. The breakfast box was super delicious and plentiful. Thanks for an amazing stay! I’ll definitely be back!

Extremely disappointing and inflexible service

I accidentally booked the wrong date (one month off) due to a simple mistake in the booking process (Numa lisbon). I realised it immediately and tried contacting both the property and Booking.com right after completing the reservation.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation, I was repeatedly told that no changes could be made. Eventually, the staff acknowledged that they could move the booking to the correct date, and that there were available rooms — but chose not to. I was told this was a decision made by administration.

Even Booking.com support mentioned that this level of inflexibility is unusual. There was clearly no financial loss for the property, and the mistake was communicated immediately, yet no effort was made to help.

I have stayed with this brand in different locations around the world before, but after this experience I will not be booking with them again. I also cannot recommend them to friends or others.

Very disappointing customer service and a complete lack of goodwill!

Simple check in/ room cleanliness

I truly enjoyed my stay at Numa Rome Trastevere! The room was very clean and spacious, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend Numa to anyone looking to enjoy Rome, right in the center of the city, while avoiding the hassle of a regular lengthy hotel check-in.

If I could make it zero stars I would

If I could make it zero stars I would. Self check in disaster. Codes don’t work & help is non existent. I had a broken window at their Lisbon location, messaged them on booking.com at 7pm when I arrived and got a message at 10:44 am next day that they’ll send someone out to look at it!! Like you think I’m gonna stay in that room in windy cold Portugal with a window that doesn’t shut??? They refuse to refund me and won’t let me cancel. Hahah my bank will handle them. They’re TERRIBLE! Make a crappy hotel and no one to manage them while charging people is a crime. They won’t allow me to cancel my other reservation. I refuse to stay with them ever again. I still have no communication. If you message- they give automated response.
