Prime canceled my order, then they charged me 79 dollars more and now I'm trying to make the return and they won't let me

I ordered a pair of trainers on Thursday 4th June with next-day delivery, yet as of 8th June my order still hasn’t arrived.
The tracking has shown “waiting to receive” since Friday with no updates whatsoever.
I’ve sent numerous emails and Instagram messages and have had absolutely no response. Customer service appears non-existent.
Due to the lack of communication and failure to deliver, I’ve now stopped my instalments and escalated the matter with Clearpay.
Extremely disappointing experience.

I want to return the shoes but i don't have a creditcard. I asked for another way to return the shoes but i got no response since last thursday. Now my return possibility from 14 days is in danger. I hope someone can help me. Kind regards.

Phenomenal brand great quality shoes I recommend 10 out of 10. I don’t think anything probably could get better than this.

Nice detail and shoe

I am very disappointed with this company. Both I and a friend of mine had the same problem with our orders. We paid for shipping, waited for the package, and then discovered that it was being returned to the sender without any clear explanation or solution provided.

Customer support has not been helpful, and the whole experience has been frustrating and stressful. After waiting for days, we are still left without the products we ordered.

For now, I can only give 1 star because of the poor service and lack of reliability. However, if the company resolves the issue properly and improves its customer service, I will be willing to update and change this review.

I hope this situation can be fixed soon.

I purchased a pair of sneakers, which were delivered today, June 2, 2026. After trying them on, I noticed that they are too large for me, and I would like to know if it is possible to exchange them for a different size.

The shoes have not been worn at any time; I have only tried them on to check the fit. They remain in their original condition.

Could you please let me know how I should proceed with the exchange?

I ordered from this company in like last last Thursday or Friday may 23-24, then next week I received email from the app shop where I received email from the app shop where I track my orders and it says it’s arriving on Wednesday may 29, due day passed I contact and called dhl company and received a new tracking number and it says it’s delivered, I called dhl company again and they said my order has been returned back to seller, so I emailed Numeris and they said their customer service is on some uk bank holiday and will be back today Tuesday Jun 2, I emailed them again and I keep receiving the same message from the bot “Thank you for getting in touch. We’ve received your message and a member of our team will get back to you within 3 working days.” Even though I received the same message on Sunday. I’m very disappointed and do NOT know where my order is, i can’t contact Numeris at all so far but I hope my order is safe and they’ll send it to me ASAP. My order number is #157206

it always comes before the date it’s supposed to be that’s a great thing as a seller to do !!
