I purchased a pair of sneakers, which were delivered today, June 2, 2026. After trying them on, I noticed that they are too large for me, and I would like to know if it is possible to exchange them for a different size.
The shoes have not been worn at any time; I have only tried them on to check the fit. They remain in their original condition.
Could you please let me know how I should proceed with the exchange?

Where’s my order
I ordered from this company in like last last Thursday or Friday may 23-24, then next week I received email from the app shop where I received email from the app shop where I track my orders and it says it’s arriving on Wednesday may 29, due day passed I contact and called dhl company and received a new tracking number and it says it’s delivered, I called dhl company again and they said my order has been returned back to seller, so I emailed Numeris and they said their customer service is on some uk bank holiday and will be back today Tuesday Jun 2, I emailed them again and I keep receiving the same message from the bot “Thank you for getting in touch. We’ve received your message and a member of our team will get back to you within 3 working days.” Even though I received the same message on Sunday. I’m very disappointed and do NOT know where my order is, i can’t contact Numeris at all so far but I hope my order is safe and they’ll send it to me ASAP. My order number is #157206

I waited 3 weeks on my pair and when i wanted to return them they said it was not possible because of the 14 days return policy
Would not recommend them, costumer service is horrible and quality is okay but not worth 200£

Terrible Customer Service
Literally a second after I made my order I emailed customer service to advise I had chosen the wrong size shoe for my son, in error.
I knew the order wouldnt be processed for a few hours so I had time on my side. I was only in the UK for 10 days and knew I wouldn’t have time to return them. I emailed 3 times and not once did I get a reply. Very disappointing and very poor customer service. Would never use again. I will also be doing a negative TikTok and Instagram review.
