I recently needed to exchange my order for a different size, and the experience with Numeris Footwear was outstanding from start to finish. Although DPD significantly delayed the delivery of my return back to them, the customer service team handled everything quickly and professionally. They processed the exchange without any hassle and even included a free hat as a thoughtful gesture.
A special mention goes to Tyler, who was incredibly helpful, efficient, and friendly throughout the process. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find — I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

The shoes are fantastic and go perfectly with my outfits. I saved up for a very long time for these shoes and it was worth it. They are by far my favorite shoes. The quality is also very good, and what I also like is how beautifully laced they are.
