Very high quality

Well to begin fist time buying from this company the product is just on another level. First day I wore my shoes I got a couple of compliments from strangers saying my shoes were freaking awesome! They asked me where did I get them from( of course I told them about the numeris website) and you just feel different to the rest. I really love my Numeris, I love wearing them I love going out and people compliment them. They’re my first choice, my favorites every time I go out.

I was unsure about purchasing some trainers for my son as I was unfamiliar with the brand. I then had some issues however customer services were fantastic with their response and solved my issue quickly. Would definitely buy from them again.

Extremely disappointed with this company. I never received my order, despite it being marked as delivered, and after multiple emails and providing all the information they requested, I still have no resolution.

Customer service has been very poor throughout the process — slow responses, no meaningful updates, and no accountability for a missing parcel. I have repeatedly explained that the parcel was not at the delivery location shown and have fully cooperated with their investigation, yet the issue remains unresolved.

At this point, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them and will not be ordering again.

I did not received my order for 3 weeks even it was planned within 2-4 working days. Even I wrote few emails I got automatic generated answer from AI asistent who did not recognised real problem. After about 10 days I got reorder form, but the problem was that I did not get the item on day when was special occasion for which I have ordered them.

Phenomenal customer service. I bought 2 pairs of trainers and they were too big. If you have narrow feet, go 1 size down. Had to return them and order 2 new pairs because that is faster than the exchange process- someone has to inspect the shoe to confirm no wear and tear before exchanging them, and I needed them before going on holiday. I used a discount code to save some money, and the site would allow me to reuse the code for my new purchase. This situation was totally my mistake. I spoke with Mia from customer services, she issued me a new discount code for the same level of discount, and then insured my new order was sent out as quickly as possible so they arrived the day before my holiday.

Besides this, the shoes look and feel so premium. I got a pair of the Atelier, and the Eclipse. Great shoes, even better customer service.
