Never an issue

Have been a customer since Mountain fresh days and I was sad they closed their office! I always had good experiences with them and I hope to deal with them in the future if they come back under a different name.
My last interaction was in February 2021 but trustpilot wasn't giving me the option.

Was I just scammed?? Beware!!

I ordered various items on the 22nd April - I haven't received anything, or got an email the order has been dispatched. So I tried to contact them - both sales and customer email addresses immediately bounced. (Mobile) phone number just rang out for ages and eventually left a voicemail. Will my voicemail be returned? I wish I had visited their Trustpilot reviews before I tried placing an order with this 'company'. Beware!!!

Swift, Reliable Service and a High Quality Herbal Tincture

My experience of Nutriherbs is 100% positive. I ordered some alcohol free myrrh tincture on Tuesday, it was posted on Wednesday and I received it by signed for Royal Mail on Saturday. Nutriherb’s communication was faultless. I was emailed when I placed the order and again when they had sent it. The tincture came very well packaged and in a brown glass bottle - no plastic junk from this company. I’m very pleased to have found alcohol free high quality tinctures and will be ordering more as and when needed. Based on my experience, I can recommend this company. Thank you.

Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers, they sent an incomplete order on purpose, only ordered three items and only two came, the highest paying item was not inside what a convenienced, the teas have a low expiry date, tea normally has 2-3 years at least. Extremely expensive and definitely not worth it. Please don't buy from here or you'll be scammed, listen to the reviews!!

We are not scammers. If you have a problem with your order try getting in touch . Expiry on tea is 1 to 2 years . Call me on works number. I will check your order and will be in touch . ps. Just checked...... you received a REFUND for the moisturiser you did not receive. So your order was complete. So you were not scammed.

Not a company to be trusted

I put in 2 orders, Neither appeared. Eventually after chasing they told me they had been cancelled and I had been refunded. No reason given. However, this was in Sept and despite chasing I have still not received a refund. Communication is appalling.
I have now asked PayPal to deal with it.

Would not use again

Ordered a product on 19th October. Still waiting for it. Slow or unresponsive customer service. I am now after my refund, curious what will happen.

I'm giving up on this company

I'm giving up on this company, after trying to rely on them for a herbal product that is difficult to find elsewhere. It takes several attempts to get them to respond to emails. It doesn't help that they've changed their email address but not updated it on their website. They also take little or no responsibility for problems. When I query why I only receive one bottle instead of two ordered, we eventually work out their labelling is wrong. Losing trust, I weighed the product, which is significantly under what is advertised. They just try to reassure me I'm wrong! I don't trust them, and would warn others you might not get what you pay for unfortunately.

Responsive customer service

Unfortunately due to the pandemic, orders (via Royal Mail delivery) took longer than usual. However this is obviously no fault of Nutriherbs.

As a gesture of goodwill, Nutriherbs sent out two packages which arrived this afternoon. All phone calls and emails were answered to in reasonable time frame too.

Over well happy with the process

Slow & sloppy

They sendt me a wrong item. I asked them to change it to the right product or money back. After one week came a respectless answer, they had done nothing wrong. So I am left with a product I have no use for.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service! Still awaiting for my delivery and they have taken good pinch of money for it. I will definitely report them to Trading Standards so no more other people get burnt from such fake traders.

Great herbs

Great herbs. Good delivery. And a points scheme. Have used motherwort. Wild yam. Skullcap. Willow bark. All alcohol free. And a choice of different bottles too. Really do recommend nutri herbs. Great selection and the only place I’m buying my herbs now. Keep up the good work.

Second time i have ordered from them…

Second time i have ordered from them and have got the same service, long reply's and slow delivery, although this time i paid for next day delivery and it still took 5-6 days. A bit of a joke to say next day delivery service and u receive it 5- 6 days later, what if i had really needed it for something, never again!

Mountain Fresh Customer

The reviews are seriously mixed but my experience was perfect! I have been a loyal customer the Mountain Fresh days. Nutri Herbs did have a slow start, after serious family issues a few years ago, they have turned this company around for the better. Exotic herbs, great range and reasonable delivery.

Fab products

I am a customer who has previously lived in the UK, but I have now returned to Spain. I was very worried that the delivery times would be long and my items wouldn’t arrive in a good state because of the long journey. But i could not of been more wrong. My items arrived in 5 days using a tracking service. My item was exactly what I ordered and the customer service was very quick. I asked questions regarding dosage and how to take my item. Olive was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed in a timely manner.

Amazing company! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

I have been using this company since it was ‘Mountain Fresh’. I have looked at former companies reviews and they are fantastic! Their customer service has improved over the last couple of months. I received an email that clearly went to all their customers that the founder of the company had died very recently and this took a massive hint. I would not go anywhere else for my herbs, the quantity is amazing! Worth every penny!

Very disappointed

Very disappointed, had to wait 3+ weeks for my order and when it arrived I only got 1 out of my 2 orders. Contacted the company 2 weeks ago and they still havent even responded to my query. So I am now out of pocket. Worst customer service I've ever received. Will never buy from them again!
