Nutriherbs 

I have been ordering herbs from this company for years since they were mountain fresh and while the herbs are good quality the customer service have fallen off a cliff and is non existent ( good customer service would have got you five stars). You cannot contact them by phone or email only God knows how many customers they have lost dew to poor service. Iam still waiting for my order I wish they were this slow to take the money for my order.

I’ve big dilemma about an order I’ve placed over 3 weeks ago as the company doesn't an answer to phone calls or emails. I was lucky to tried their products before (purchased from seller on eBay) and very happy with the quality. However, as the company on eBay doesn't sell any more their products (now I know the reason why) I have to say that I’m really disappointed and just hope that they will made a refund!

First and foremost this is one of my BEST all time suppliers!!! I find a greater variety and quality than anywhere else.
Service is phenomenal!

Some of the herbs on this website are impossible to find anywhere else. There is only an issue with the website. There are no pictures or a clear description added. The name of the products appear only in the popular terms in English and there aren't used any Latin nominations.
As well they are a bit slow with the delivering.
Otherwise I would highly recommend this business

I sent an order on January 11 2019, payed immediatly for it and NOTHING ARRIVED AND NOBODY ANSWERS.

I've been using this company for a few months now, and while their products are good, and the prices are reasonable, their customer service is terrible. i placed an order two weeks ago and still have not received it, and I can not get hold of the company with either emails or phone calls, they do not answer either. for this reason alone I would not recommend them.

I’m really concearnd about an order I’ve placed 3 days ago. I’ve been trying to contact the company by email and phone but they are not responding to anything. I have to say that I’m really disappointed and just hope that I will receive the products that I’ve payed for.

For a long time, I bought natural products for myself and my family, but I could not find such excellent products as on Nutriherbs sites anywhere. Great quality tinctures, capsules, herbs powder health care ... affordable prices and kind, professional staff give you everything for yourself health and happiness

This company used to be called Mountain Fresh, and my review is really based on experience with Mountain Fresh. Also, this company is the one based in Spain now but whose website is nutriherbs.co.uk (There is a company with a similar name in India - confusing I know!)
My experiences with this company are very good. The reason I dropped a star (almost deserves to drop 2 stars for this reason!) is the simply TERRIBLE website. It appears to be secure but it is SO SLOW!! They must lose a lot of customers this way. The new website under the Nutriherbs name is just the same as the old Mountain Fresh website. Terrible! It's not only slow but the search function is not very good either, and again, they must lose a lot of customers because the search tends to say they don't have a herb which in fact they do have!
Mountain Fresh sell a lot of herbs you can't get easily, though they say they have reduced their stock levels temporarily.
I have always found their products to be excellent. They tend to do single herbs which they put in capsules with no fillers, or you can get tinctures etc.
I don't always like the individual herbs just put in capsules if it is a product like a medicinal mushroom, which usually needs to be extracted in water or alcohol or a mixture, so I don't buy those products from them.
Their customer service is incredibly helpful when you email them. I was once disappointed that they only did high dose Ashwaghanda, but when I emailed them, they put themselves out to do capsules with a lower dose. This is not something you would find a more commercial company doing.
From my personal experience, I reccommend them highly. When you get these hand filled capsules the first time, you wonder if they are genuine! However, I no longer have any doubts about their purity and authenticity.
You won't be able to order in a jiffy though - you have to set aside some time - get yourself a cup of tea and be prepared to wait! I find it is worth it though.
