Bought this foot file from a Facebook ad and I must say the product is amazing! Their customer service so far has been great as well and they also sent a free gift with my order plus a couple coupons to use on my next order. Nuvé foot grinder & balm
I bought a Nuvé foot grinder. The first one sent had a fault and stopped working after about 20 seconds. I contacted the Nuvé company and sent a video at their request, and they then replaced it without any hassle. I received the replacement in under two weeks. And it is absolutely FABULOUS !
I’ve only used the light grinder roll so far and it is unbelievably effective. FAR superior to any others I’ve tried previously (eg two different scholl ones). It is Very reasonably priced too.
The stick balm is also excellent though a bit pricey and for me only lasted a week and a half, using it morning and night on both feet.
I have terrible eczema on my feet, such that they are a flaky and insanely itchy mess usually. This device has been an absolute game changer for me. Together with the balm . Rather than scratch and tear my skin to the point of pain and bleeding, I’ve been gently shaving over the flaky skin. I can’t believe the difference! My feet haven’t looked this good in years.
I’ve also ground down the thick skin on and around my heels and tops and sides of toes, which can crack and bleed, and I usually pull at it, which makes it worse. They’re now super smooth and unable to crack or be pulled at. I’m one exceptionally happy customer ! And no I’m not being paid for this review 😁 It is genuine !

I don’t necessarily have much experience with the company itself — I didn’t need any customer support or anything like that :) But I can assume that it is just as good as their product is! They are very responsive on Instagram.
Their callous grinder thing is REALLY effective. It’s kind of disgusting how well it works lol. I live in Hawaii, where I virtually never wear closed toed shoes, so my feet get pretty gnarly cracks and callouses.. I used to use a “cheese grater” type of callous remover, and I learned the hard way that you can definitely and easily overdo it! I grated myself raw the last time, before finding and trying Nuve’s product! Nuve’s grinder is so gentle/painless, effortless, and—my GOD—effective. I’m also VERY pleasantly surprised and impressed by how long each grinder “refill” thing lasts. Maybe it’s unsanitary lol?? idk, but I haven’t changed mine out since I purchased it like 6 months ago, and I use it 2-3 times a month or so. I’m so so so happy with it. My thick ahh skin on the bottoms of my feet (heels especially) is so bad that this thing can’t quite get my feet, like, BABY soft (and maybe I’m just not trying hard enough to achieve that lol), but it definitely gets my feet feeling like a normal persons feet again! Sooo satisfying — the results AND to use in general.

Amazing results!! I should have ordered this the first time it crossed my social media feed, but like most things - I figured it was too good to be true. But as someone who struggles with horrible callouses on my feet, and has tried everything else (razors, files, pumice, scrubs, hydration booties - you name it), I thought I would give it a shot. Believe the hype! This small device is a like a power-sander for your feet. I love that it doesn't require batteries (rechargeable) and it holds a charge well. I did both feet without any decline in power. My feet have probably not been this smooth since I was a baby. This is the device I have been waiting for - worth every penny.

I love my Nuvé product for my feet. I walk a lot and never really looked after my feet but this product is just superb. Easy to use and very effective. I actually look forward to using it and my feet are so much better for it. Finally a product that works!

Very good product
Can’t remember how long it took to get it, but I really like this product. I have used a couple other foot smoothing products and o think this one is best. It holds a charger longer than I thought it would and it’s convenient that it doesn’t use batteries. My feet are really smooth.

Really works!
I am always so skeptical of ads promising fantastic results, but I was at my wit's end with my calloused and deeply cracked heels. Pedicures, creams, foot files, pumice stones... nothing works. They are never completely gone and literally get worse overnight. You name it, I've tried it. One last shot. It was delivered today and I used the course file and wow! It's probably been 40 yrs since I have seen my heels with most of the calloused areas gone! I am not joking. The cracks are still there but now the thick moisturizer I use can actually get into contact with my skin and help heal the cracks! And this was after the first use! I then used the finer roller and still more calloused skin was coming off. And no pain to my heels. I'm so excited to finally be able to wear sandals again! Thank you so much for this great product!
