One of the worse companies I’ve ordered clothing from, you can’t get worse than this! I’ve ordered a set on Tuesday for next day delivery and on Thursday only a top has arrived with no shorts all now I am still waiting for the shorts so it’s completely ruined my day on Saturday for when I had it planned to wear for my event!! I was told that I will receive it on Saturday and still not communication or update will be the very last I will order from this place I will avoid at costs!!👎🏾👎🏾

nvlty London clothing is a scam , it runed by cons and a bunch of lazy employees , please don't order anything from them unless you want to loose your money.
I ordered with them outfits worthy thousands a couple of months ago till today they never did the dispatch.
The don't communicate at all .. nvlty is 💩 shit, try them at your own risk expecially if you're overseas they'll make you regret for putting your trust in them

On the 18th of May 2026, I purchased clothes from NVLTY London for £664.91 (which cost me $1,300 AUD). They gave me Order number #365204 to track my parcel, only to realize the order number was fake. I have been trying to reach them through their site and email, and they keep telling me the exact same thing: 'Your order will be dispatched in 3 days and you'll receive it in 10 days.' It has been a month now, and they keep making excuses. They are stalling, and when I ask for a refund, they claim they cannot process it because the order is more than 14 days old. To this day, they have not dispatched my order. This is severely affecting my mental health.

Ok came on time quick last time mess up order

My experience was smooth and very efficient I got my Jeans right on time for my event and the jeans was amazing quality and fit perfectly.

I placed an order on 2nd June after being promised next-day delivery at the time of purchase. I ordered two items of clothing as a present for a special occasion for my husband. Nearly two weeks later, on 13th June, I am still waiting for the remainder of my order and have received virtually no communication from the company.

After the expected delivery date passed, I contacted the company to chase my order. I received a short response apologising for the delay and inconvenience and was advised that my order would be dispatched within 1-2 working days. In my response, I explained that I had placed the order in good faith based on the advertised delivery times and expected to receive it the next day, or at the very latest the day after. I asked for an explanation for the delay and why this was not communicated to me. Despite this, my email has gone unanswered.

Only after I chased the order myself was part of it eventually dispatched. However, I am still waiting for the rest of my order, with no updates, no explanation for the delay, and no response to any of my further attempts to contact customer services.

The lack of communication has been the most frustrating part of this experience. Delays can happen, but completely ignoring customers who have already paid for their goods is unacceptable. When you spend money with a company, you expect at least a basic level of customer service and transparency.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to be cautious. Expect delays, expect to have to chase for updates yourself, and do not expect timely responses from customer service, if any at all!!

Very very disappointing experience!
