When checking out via PayPal, the process somehow cancelled and I wasn't sure whether the order went through. It wasn't clear to me, whether I needed to stay on the site and enter more details.

Good quality and a great Price
Good features, for example led lights,gyro and hall effect joystick.
I'm using the pro pads for my switch and they are awesome.

Overall very easy purchasing process. I would wish for more payment options.
But apart from that a good shopping experience!

Bought Hyperion Pro controllers. I absolutely LOVE them. Totally transformed the Switch from a good gaming console to a great one. Can’t wait to try the different height sticks!

They're legit, but don't purchase off their official website unless you want your personal data sold to scammers. I didn't realize it was a Chinese company until it I saw it was shipping from China, next thing I knew I was getting blackmail scams via email that include my name, phone number, address, and a photo of my house. I strongly advise you use a PO box with an alias, or just purchase off Amazon.

There were a lot of choices available and a comparison for the Nintendo Switch controllers I was looking at. I was confused on why the platinum controller costs more but couldn't find an explanation so choose the black one instead. I loved the platinum one that looked like my favorite Gamecube controller but didn't want to pay extra for just a different color.

I needed to replace a stick cover that fell off while I was on a plane and ended up paying twice the price of the item just in shipping. That's ridiculous. But if I didn't buy the piece, the controller is useless. Spent 15 bucks to replace something that just kind of fell off the controller.

Looking for the controller you want is easy and and very straightforward also every product you look shows you the view of it. Can't wait to get it and I'll eagerly wait.

I was very interested in this controller that is functional for the game cube along with other consuls such as the switch or PC, the experience of the site was easy to look around.

The purchase system was fast and simple, searching for a controller wasn't a hassle at all. And I recently purchased the Hyperion pro and those controllers are incredible! No issues at all.

Bought a White Hyperion Pro.
The Sticks feel buttery smooth and its responsive and snappy. As a controller it works great.

However...
The quality of the plastic leaves something to be desired, and the rails attaching to the console feel somewhat frail.
My right controller doesn't have rumble, trying to fix it the site's "updates" downgraded the software from 2.1 to 1.7. Still not rumble. The instructions aren't as clear on how to change the LEDs.

I'm not happy with paying for the warranty delivery. So, im cutting my losses. Leaving a somewhat positive review and finishing with:

Although I never tested out the wizard, the countless hours I spent on YouTube watching reviews to understand this product made me realize that this controller didn’t reflect my play style. It’s a great controller and has a lot of key components that makes it a beast whether you’re playing on switch or PC. I just so happen to be an avid handheld switch user so the Hyperion Pros was more up my alley. If I ever want a stand alone controller I will deff go with the Warrior or Wizard depending on how I feel. Other than that NYXI made my check out process a breeze while guiding me along the way to make sure I chose the right controller suitable for my everyday play style. Thanks again faculty and family of Nxyi, you guys really go above and beyond for your customers and that alone speaks volumes for the integrity of your company and team. Sincerely, thank you. Will be purchasing again in the near future. 10/10 recommend.
