Student Accomodation, endless emails and a guarantor for the whole house
As a potential guarantor for a student rented house. I was flooded with emails and text messages from the agancy, all counting down from day 7 to 1 to complete paperwork to support my 1st year student daughter's application. At a glance I have received 17 emails and numerous text messages.
In addition the contact offered sought for me to not only guarantee my own daughter's rent but also the rent of all fellow student housemates in the property.
I am glad that my daughter and her friends decided to lose their initial holding deposit and have signed and completed a contract with another local student housing agency, from whom I received 1 email and only had to guarantee my own daughter's rent.

House viewings
We had a very positive experience with Oakmans.
We had a thorough chat about what we wanted, what we were looking for, our budget and what our main priorities are.
We were then given options that were run through properly. We knew everything we needed to know and felt comfortable asking questions. Our needs were met and understood and the care Oakmans gave was amazing.
Abbi and Harry were incredibly helpful and supportive during our viewings. Making sure all questions were answered and that we felt comfortable and listened too.
We were fortunate enough to want one of the houses and reserving this was a very good and efficient process.
