Fantastic customer service
I opened a Fixed rate cash ISA and was pleased with the account rate. It was for a transfer from another provider which had not matured. Whilst waiting for the maturity period to end the product rate increased. Oak North always honour the newest rate. Amazing customer service.
Their website is easy to use and they keep in touch with relative info. I have used them on numerous occasions great company.
