They sold me the scanner but it wasn’t registered for Australia region. I’m two weeks in trying to get it fixed - no answers just a run around no phone contact just messages and then not helpful- honestly don’t buy here - service is appalling

I've bought several items from OBD from scanners to accessories and recently updated one of our Scanners and went through them it was so much easier and cheaper than anywhere else. Response time says 1-2 business days but they had this software update completed within 8hrs.

I was apprehensive at first. But I decided to order the subscription update for one year. It was a flawless purchase and the subscription was renewed within one business day. Substantial savings.

Warning to all mechanics in Australia: DO NOT buy from OBD price Australia! You’ll be losing time and money. Terrible customer service! They do whatever they can in order not to honour the warranty. I had to fight months and months to get a replacement for my scanner IM608 that stopped turning on while still under warranty. They first tried to charge me depreciation for the months I used it, then they tried to sell me a new one with discounted price. When I refused their offers, they tried to put me off by asking me to ship the defected machine to China for inspection at my own cost as their service team is in China. After threatening them with legal actions, they finally sent me a new one but some very important accessories are missing. I’ve contacted them, but they’ve been ignoring my emails. This is affecting the usability of the machine badly as I’ve been unable to locate and buy the missing accessories anywhere else, not even on their website. Zero stars in the right rating.

A simple process with easy to follow instuctions to update my MP900. Was updated within 12 hours as well.

my scan ULTRA after update was done wont read air bag control module and has many glitches
as before i never had any issues , now i cant trusted i need to used another scanner to
make sure is the reading are correct I`M NOT HAPPY WITH THIS UPDATE from OBDPRICE
