Autel MaxiCOM MK900BT Support

I purchased the Autel MaxiCOM MK900BT after confirming by email that it would work in Brazil, with the understanding that some brand-specific software might need to be purchased separately.

After receiving the device, it was tested on multiple Brazilian vehicles, and it does not support these vehicles at all. Unsure if it is a technical issue or it just does not support at all. This limitation was not disclosed prior to purchase, and obviously, had it been made clear, I would not have proceeded.

Since requesting a refund, I have experienced significant delays and repeated attempts to redirect me to technical support or additional purchases, rather than resolving the issue.

This situation was caused by incorrect or incomplete pre-sale information, not a change of mind. I am still waiting for a proper and timely refund. I'm now lodging a complaint with ACCC and Consumer Affairs.

I would not recommend this seller based on misleading information and poor post-sale support.

MK808BT

I have the MK808BT and use it for my 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500hd Duramax and it has saved me a lot of money from the dealership from needing forced regens, injector pigtails, nox sensor, Def injector and hood sensor causing the alarm to go off while on vacation at Disney World. So for $89 for the update is a no-brainer vs the $150 . Thank you OBDPRICE

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company! Autel tablets are region specific I was sold an Asia market tablet even though im in the North America region. When your ready to do a software upgrade the tablet wouldn't work and I was out $1695. The company does not have a customer service number and when i emailed the company they were very dismissive and none helpful
