Once again,OWT made everything so easy for us . Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are very quick to respond to any queries or issues that arise. Although that is very rare because the brilliant team Michele has assembled are so focused on our every need. This for me me has to be the best
Travel Agent in the business. Ryan, the agent who booked our tickets was exceptional. Everything was explained in detail and left me feeling very fortunate
to have come across this firm on the web. when we boarded our ship and accessed our cabin there was complimentary pass for a specialist restaurant and a dinner of our choosing paid for by Ryan's company.
when we arrived home a day or so later I received a follow up call from Ryan asking about our cruise and if everything went ok. Also I am expecting a bottle of champagne courtesy of Ocean World Travel.
I will use this company in future for my next cruise, it

Used OWT for cruise to Norway and the Arctic circle for a special wedding anniversary. The service we received was excellent from deposit to the time we boarded the ship.
