Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs, this company does not honor the warranty claims and provides a terrible customer service for RMAs.
After contacting ASUS and concluding a motherboard had an issue that warranted a RMA request, I have sent the motherboard in for repair and it was returned without any work done on it. Until here I can fully understand it's ASUS and not Octo24's responsibility, but what follows is.
Upon requesting the return, I had informed the company of a change in address since the moment I had purchased the board (in a different country!!). 4-5 weeks after sending the motherboard for repair, without any notice from the company, I received an alert from the post office that a parcel from octo24 had been sent to my previous address where another tenant lived.
I contacted Octo24 to try to rectify the issue but they only told me I would have to wait even longer for the parcel to be returned.
When I questioned what would happen if the package was delivered to the person living at my previous address, they just stopped replying to me. Surprise, surprise, this is exactly what happened.
With no support from Octo24, I had to contact the person and at own cost and time, and after inconveniencing the other person, I managed to retrieve the motherboard.
After many weeks of having sent it for repair, I opened the motherboard and found out it's still defective. I contacted Octo24 but I have been ghosted and received no reply.
I will raise a complaint with the consumer protection authorities against this company, it is a scammer company that doesn't honor product warranty and doesn't give you any support if things go wrong.
Avoid at all costs, it's not worth any potential savings as you will be left holding paper weights if anything goes wrong with your products.
