The customer service is outstanding, which is more rare these days and more important to customers I believe.

Harpaul was very understanding and importantly, listened to me.
He explained that Octopus had removed the arrangement for the standing charge to be waived, and that it would apply again which was disappointing, given that the electricity is solely used for an air ambulance night landing site, and the Parish Council, in whose name the account stands, will now have to budget an an additional £21 a month for the standing charge.
When the one year tariff is nearing the end in 2027, I shall shop around to try and get a more competitive deal.

Only was very professional and helpful and guided me through the process.

Tried to switch suppliers online but the webpage kept failing, called Octopus to arrange over the phone and Sharon was fantastic, sorted the switch within 20 minutes, great service.

Taz was great. After multiple calls and emails they made me feel reassured that this is now being progressed. They took accountability and gave realistic guidelines, until now the customer service levels were poor and Taz has shown that this is not the case with all staff.

Neve made the switchover from SSE very easy, Octopus now have all three of my energy accounts

Switching over to gas/electric over from previous tenant for business was an ease with Nina's help. I did not have the mpan to hand but with Nina's help we did did this over the phone with the current meter serial numbers. Been a domestic customer for a while so did not look elsewhere for my business needs as very happy with Octopus.
