Quick. Easy friendly and efficient
Would throughly recommend

I booked a will writing appointment on Octopus Legacy’s website and received confirmation and a reminder. Despite this, nobody contacted me at the agreed time.

I then spent ages in phone queues, used their callback service (never received the call), and emailed my contact after two missed calls over a week later. I clearly stated my availability and my disappointment with the lack of communication. I’ve had no reply at all.

If this is their standard of communication, I wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting them with my will.

Alistair made the entire process so easy and gave so much of his time and energy. He was knowledgable, incredibly kind and patient with things changing and also went above and beyond to help get things completed as quickly as possible. What an incredible person and I'm so very grateful. It's wonderful how everything is gone through so personally and checked. I was really impressed. Thank you Alistair.
