Extremely Disappointing Experience – Zero Accountability & Broken Promises
My experience with Odoo has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. I signed up with high expectations, believing their system would help streamline my business, but it quickly turned into a complete waste of time and money.
From the beginning, I was handed from one person to another with no real support, no guidance, and absolutely no follow-through. The salesperson who initially onboarded me made several promises about support and implementation, but once I signed, he disappeared. I was then left chasing different “account managers” who either ignored me or told me someone else would contact me “next week.” They never did.
After months of trying to get help, Odoo now claims that because I didn’t purchase their implementation services, they “can’t take responsibility” for my failed setup. Yet no one told me this at the beginning, and their sales pitch made it seem like it would be simple and fully supported. They hide behind contract technicalities instead of owning the fact that they failed to provide the level of service they advertised.
To make things worse, even after acknowledging poor communication, they still refused a refund—despite me never receiving the service I paid for in a functional way. The system itself was confusing, buggy, and impossible to configure without expert help. And the “support” team was basically useless.

DONT USE THEM, After 10 years they close my database with all history of my company. Just because they change the free policy. I was only one user using only 2 apps that was free and suddently they change. So be carefull and go to another one

These people are thiefs
These people are thiefs, and they do not care for their customers, I will stay away. I got the free trial and got charged before the free trial ended.
They do not make any refunds never, because since they know their service is trash they will die if they actually gave refunds to people. I should've known better.
I got Zoho one instead, and it is going amazing so far!! I'm just sad i wasted a lot of money with Odoo..

You should not be charged during a free 15-day trial, is it possible that you clicked on "Buy Now" instead? Indeed, the free trial doesn't require the input of any credit cards. It would be virtually impossible to charge you...
Regarding refunds, once a sale is done it is indeed final as per our Terms and Conditions which are stated on the sales order.
Please make sure to provide the necessary information in the request for information in order for me to double check what happened.

Always a nice support, even if everything isn't possible
You can't do anything that you want in Odoo. There are some limitation if your idea is a bit creative. But if you stick to the basics, there is always a great way to do it.
The support is always extra nice and very helpfull with every problem or question.
If you want to do something more complicated and you've got the skills you can always use Odoo Studio for more flexibility.
