Ryan provided outstanding customer service - he patiently explained the various ergonomic options available and helped me select the chair best suited to my needs. His expertise and attention to detail made the process smooth and reassuring.
What truly impressed me though was learning about Crown Workspace’s commitment to health and wellbeing beyond the workplace. Excellent service from start to finish
Really impressed with the quality of the furniture and the entire delivery experience. Everything arrived safely thanks to careful packaging, with all parts, fixings and covers neatly organised for assembly.
The delivery process was outstanding - I received a scheduled time window, followed by a specific arrival estimate, and then live tracking. They even provided the driver's details and vehicle registration in case I needed to arrange building access.
Phil and the delivery team were friendly and helpful when unloading everything. Overall, exceptional service and I wouldn't hesitate to order again or recommend them to others.
