Got in touch with ofhcare after a Google search. Paid the going rate in comparison to others. Booked in for a Saturday which was great and no lose of earnings for me. Murtec did the assessment and we're very happy with him. Turned up on time and everything was handled professionally.
From booking to getting the certificate was less than 2 weeks. Highly recommend them and I would use them as first choice again

They offered a timely appt for assessing my mother's mental capacity. Jane was very professional and treated my mother with dignity and care throughout the assessment. The final report was in depth and emailed to me within the timescale they had said. The whole experience was easy and straightforward. The only negative was the cost. Luckily we were able to pay but I can see this being a problem for some people.

The OFH team have been an absolute pleasure to work with from the initial contact to receipt of the report. Amy Daunt is always very accommodating and understanding and ensures the service runs smoothly. I have worked very closely with case manager Simon Bath on a few high value cases and he is an asset to the MDT team and ensures a proficient service to the client and the legal team. OFH provide a reliable high standard of service at all times. Many thanks and well done to you all, an absolutely brilliant team!

It was very apparent from the beginning that OFH care were a great company to work for. They ensured in the interview that I would match the role I applied for but most importantly whether I would suit the clients needs and amazing personality. Luckily enough they believed I did and it is honestly going brilliantly. We needed a mental capacity assessment completed for my mum and the situation was very stressful having never been in this situation before. I contacted OFH who were very supportive from the start. They explained the process and were able to arrange a convenient time to visit mum. After the assessment my mum was very positive and she found the social worker who visited her made her feel very safe, relaxed and she liked him. Within 24 hours there was a decision.
I am very grateful to OFH for their professionalism and their help.

Excellent customer care from initial contact to receipt of report. Our elderly aunt is profoundly deaf and physically quite fragile so we were concerned about how tiring the assessment would be for her and how difficult it may be because of her limited hearing. She was also nervous about a person she did not know being in her bedroom to ask her questions about her financial affairs. Kristine answered our MANY questions promptly. We were reassured that our aunt's regular carer could be present and that the assessor would be mindful of our aunt's physical disabilities. After the assessment she could not speak more highly of the assessor who she said was totally charming, and she really enjoyed the entire Q&A! Thank you!

Very good communication from the admin staff leading up to the actual review. The social worker Muataz was very proffesional and kind and caring to my family members throughout the assessment itself. The report was prompt clear and thorough .

Fantastic service
Kristine was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
We were able to get a capacity test done within 48 hours, and on a Sunday too!!
She advised us well, and followed up all correspondence very promptly and thoroughly.

Professional service. OFH was so easy to work with providing clear and prompt communication. From the start of the process, Kristine understood our requirements and explained everything we needed to know and what to expect. The appointment to assess our family member was fast. Our Assessor, Muataz, was absolutely brilliant - Understood our end goals and covering all aspects to assess capacity in an uncomplicated way.
The report was sent to me securely within a couple of days. Kristine continued to keep contact to make sure we had received the report.
