I ordered two dresses size M, the quality of the products and the colors were just gorgeous, beautiful, well-made, smooth, fluid! Although for those two dresses the M ran a tiny bit smaller than I expected in comparison to other brands in general. I will order more dresses! The customer service was surprisingly fast and very helpful to respond to all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend to order from them.

I decided to return or exchange an item that I didn’t like on. With no issues I was given the opportunity to just pay shipping and get an exchange with no issues and did not have to worry about returning the dress I didn’t like. Very quick response and very professional customer service.

OGL fabrics feel like balm on the skin
The quality of the fabric is exceptional. I have highly sensitive skin and can wear only natural soft fabrics. OGL fabric feels like balm on my skin. Even after several washing it looks like new. Consumer service is very responsive and accommodable.

I got my original order in a balled up tightly trained together package that the dress was all wrinkled and ruined. Bonnie in customer service helped me and is sending me a new shipment. She made the entire process easy.

Although the clothing ran slightly smaller than expected, my experience with OGL’s customer service was excellent. They were responsive and helpful, and I was able to exchange for a larger size with only a small shipping fee.
