This was the PERFECT gift for my young nieces who just lost their mom (my sister) to breast cancer. I am so impressed with the quality and craftsmanship that I will likely order another one for myself. Francesca is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this company!

Ordered a memory teddy for my son it was only after I purchased I realised I'd made a mistake so messaged them and they rectified the order for me, it's absolutely stunning and the couple of sweet treats was a nice touch. My daughter lost three important people in her life...her son, her baby brother and her grandmother. I happened to have a picture of just the three of them cuddling. I wanted to get her something special for her birthday. Oh My Valentine did not disappoint. Watching the range of emotions and her fighting a losing battle against the tears when she saw "A cuddle from heaven " made the long delivery time worth the wait. It is absolutely beautiful and I know she will cherish it forever. THANK YOU!!!!

I lost my Dad in August 2024, I ordered 2 teddy's for my neice who never got to meet my Dad and my nephew, who was extremely close to my Dad and misses him dearly. I made my order on the 5th Dec, and the website stated that the last orders for Christmas were 10th December. An email arrived with proof of my prints on the 23rd December, so I was disappointed I wouldn't receive them for Christmas and the hope that maybe they'd arrive for New Year's Eve, but unfortunately not. I am more disappointed in the lack of communication, a simple message to say,'Sorry it's late' but nothing. I emailed, WhatsApp messaged, FB messaged, and instragram messaged, and not one reply. It's a shame as they arrived today and are beautiful, I can't fault the product only the customer service. I would happily give the product 5+ stars, but the customer service has let this company down.

My grandmother passed away in April and my daughter(age 8) was very very close to her. She was scared she would forget her GG and I saw the ad on Instagram for ohmyvalentine. I ordered a stuffed owl with a picture of my daughter and grandmother together. I wasn't sure what to expect at first but I received my package yesterday and when I saw the stuffed animal I cried. It did take a little bit to get here but it was absolutely worth the wait. My daughter cried when I gave it to her and told me she loved it. I highly recommend oh my valentine. The stuffed animal is very soft and the picture printed on it is perfect.

Ordered a bear and a bunny for my children in December as unfortunately we lost our grandad in December. There were a little late due to the holidays and many people ordering but wow it was worth the extra wait. They arrived today, nicely packaged and wow... I was lost for words. I wished I got myself one too! They are super soft, gorgeous and very well made... me and the children love them. Thankyou!!

I purchased four bunnies as Christmas presents for my nephews and daughter as their grandfathers recently passed away and I was nervous about my purchase before it arrived wondering about the quality, but honestly they are beautiful. The artwork turned out wonderfully and the bunnies are so soft and cuddly. They are absolutely perfect.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Oh My Valentine. I placed an order well before Christmas and was reassured multiple times that it would arrive on time. Even when I raised concerns and considered cancelling, their team insisted there was no need and that my order would definitely arrive.

However, Christmas has come and gone, and weeks later, I still don’t have my items. They’ve provided no definitive delivery date and refuse to offer a refund, claiming their returns policy doesn’t allow it. This is unacceptable and completely ignores my rights under the **Consumer Rights Act 2015**, which requires goods to be delivered within a reasonable timeframe or as agreed.

Their communication has been poor, with generic responses and excuses blaming shipping delays, customs, and high volumes. To make matters worse, many other customers have reported similar experiences, which makes it clear that this is a widespread issue.

I was forced to buy alternative gifts at the last minute, leaving me out of pocket, and the items I ordered are now useless. This entire process has been incredibly stressful and frustrating.

I strongly urge others to avoid Oh My Valentine. If you’ve had similar issues, report them to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice and consider filing a chargeback with your bank. This company has been unreliable, dishonest, and unhelpful, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this.

Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

They created the most beautiful item. A pink bear with my parents picture on the tummy saying love and hugs from heaven. This is for my sons and dil first baby due any day. The quality is excellent and something that will be cherished! Product arrived very timely, cost was reasonable and they included a beautiful note card with candy. Can’t wait to place more orders. Highly recommend Francesca and her team!

I’ve emailed twice and been ignored. I ordered 1 bear on 10/12/24 and still not arrived!
I would like to know where my order is!

I got a bunny for my 5 year old as she has really struggled with the loss of my grandmother! She's been cuddling with pictures and very emotional! She opened this bunny on Christmas morning and it's not far out of her sights! It's absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much for this beautiful gift ❤️

I originally placed my order on 31.10.24, an error occurred on my part ( left my house number off of shipping address) this was however on my billing address ( not sure what went on there)

My products inevitably got returned to sender this was sometime in November.

My last email communication was the 04.12.24 and since then my emails are bouncing back with " delivery incomplete" and "recipient inbox full"

So I'm am unsure if these have been shipped back out or whether I have a new tracking number.

I'm nearly at the point of contacting my bank for services / goods not received as I'm unsure what else I can do at this point.

If anyone from oh my valentine reads this my order number is #OMV-9500 please help.
