Ordering online was brilliant and exceptionally easy; when I phoned u with a query, the gentleman was very helpful and I was advised I'd get a phone call 30 minutes before delivery - great! However ... having waited in until 5.45pm, a few minutes after I then went out I was notified the delivery driver turned up; he said he hadn't been given my phone number. Fortunately I was able to arrange for someone to take delivery as a signature had to be provided. I've spoken with Oil Tank Supermarket so they are aware of my feedback prior to my review going live, here; they were fantastic but I think they were let down by their delivery service.

Tank’s capacity listed incorrectly, so delivered and 200litre shy of what its capacity should be. I’m now having to return the tank as there “best price guarantee” is a load of tosh and buying from TUFFA themselves is actually cheaper. They refused to price match the tank despite me having it on site. It took 5 weeks to be delivered despite advertising 3-4 weeks. All in all a terrible experience with shocking customer service and a waste of 5 weeks

As I can’t reply to your response I’ll edit my review, it was impossible for me to send you a price match before hand as I didn’t have another price for a 1400 litre tank. As soon as the mistake was noticed I gave you a price for the exact same tank from a different supplier. You refused to match it so today the tank was collected, which just shows the type of customer service provided, you’d rather no doubt spend as much to take the tank away than put would’ve cost you to just price match it. Adding to the inconvenience to myself and my customer.

Ignored all emails when asked about the warranty and getting proof of warranty card. Tank nearly got damaged on delivery as driver let young son operate the tail lift on lorry

Would have given 5 stars if we had been advised of a delivery date.
Great service otherwise, but we felt sorry for the driver who had been sent out in a too wide truck - even though we advised of lane narrowing at the start.

Great price and longer than usual warranty. The delivery driver was very cheerful and helpful. The only slight issue was we had no notice of delivery until 15 minutes before…luckily we were in. All in all a great company to do business with.
