Loved the quality of the wax, but needed to be quicker
Loved the quality of the rewaxing, but it took just under 3 months for the work to be completed, which was much longer than I wanted. I also emailed for a repair to be added to my order and this was not completed.

Many thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts on our services. I have provided below the public notice we listed on our website on the “4th of November 2024” at the time of your order regarding us moving our business premises.
WE ARE MOVING!
“We are still taking your orders; however, all orders received from the 4th November 2024 will only be processed to the point of receiving the jackets. Re-wax only will be an estimated 14 working days from the 9th of January. Repairs will be an estimated 18/22 working days from the 9th of January”.
As your order was placed on the 6th of November, your jacket fell into this category. You were also notified of this time period on the confirmation email when your jacket arrived to us.
As your order was completed on the 29th of January this was a period of “14 working days”.
We do apologies if you missed these multiple notifications, and hope the quality of craftsmanship is something you will be happy with moving forward.

A 35 year old long RM Williams coat was brought back to life by oily Jack. The coat was literally stinking and in a terrible state but now it’s like worn in coat

Drizabone rewax
The process of getting the coats to Oilyack was a little bit difficult, they may well have sorted this out now as it seemed to be a website processing problem. However once the coats were received by them we were informed and given an estimate of return. We then received an email to tell us they were posting them back. They were returned when they said that they would be. Great coms. The coats were perfect and i would recommend them to anyone that needs their coat waxed.
