We visited the shop yesterday and again today as we wanted to return to buy a lamp we had spotted yesterday. Claire and her colleagues were incredibly helpful on both visits, taking the time to assist us and make sure we found exactly what we were looking for.

Staff & service of the highest calibre.
Staff went above and beyond to meet our needs on purchase & delivery of purchased items and despite our assurances that we don’t hold Oka responsible in any way, fully refunded the delivery cost when the delivery company failed to meet their agreed requirements (of unpacking, assembling & removing packaging material). A very positive experience all round thank you.

Excellent customer service all round.
All the Staff in Broadway are so very helpful, nothing is too much trouble.
Lots of fabulous home items to choose from.
My delivery went smoothly, I was updated all the way and the 3 guys were very respectful of my home.
They did a superb job of putting my cabinet together and took all there cardboard back with them to recycle.

Poli and Claire were both incredible
Poli and Claire were both incredible . They were so helpful on pulling everything together for us making life so much easier. This is the second time we have made large purchases with Poli and she makes it efficient and fun! Claire was so helpful guiding me with which patterned cushions worked well with other patterns something I have always found impossible! We will be back for more great customer experience.
