I went into Oka in Froxfield today and the three ladies in there, Jane Anne and Carys were so helpful and friendly.
Great customer service, the shop itself always looks neat tidy and well kept.

Visited the froxfield store, have to say the service was 1st class, I believe the lady who I spoke to was possibly the manager her name was Carys, very helpful and very informative, will certainly visit again.

OKA first ,others second for quality and price
We have called into the shop everything we visit the area, 2 or 3 times a year, we have purchased many items and although the cost appears high ,the quality is superb, so it's a perfect trade off, the staff are always helpful from the manager to the staff, and remember us from previous visits.
Could not visit the area without calling into OKA, would not seem right

Excellent Staff
Your staff at the Froxfield store are just fantastic. They greet everyone as they enter the store with a welcome & friendly smile which really sets the tone. They are helpful without being pushy and are very knowledgeable about your products both in store and on line. They have suggestions and recommendations for colour combinations etc.
You have a new ( to me) member of staff. He is just excellent-really enjoyed engaging with him.Although slightly less experienced in a complicated till return he was eager to watch & learn.
I always look forward to a visit & usually come out with significantly more than I went I for.
